I purchased this item recently so it is still a fairly new experience for me so I cannot comment on results however I did find he website service delivery and communication brilliant I found it a little overwhelming to start with the machine but don t even look at that until you have read the handbook this makes it 100 easier Also have handy little videos that helps overall I would highly recommend and I have only just started my journey

Responses to emails are quick I had good after-sales service and the difficulties encountered were quickly resolved by the staff it is a trustworthy company also I started using my Kegel 8 for a week I can already feel the improvements it s still light but I know it will only get better

Received product on the 12th January Any queries I had before or after purchasing it were dealt with promptly I needed a telephone consultation it was very easy to book with plenty of dates and times I booked it in for a week later and received reminders it was coming up and telephoned me on time on the day Cannot fault the company or my product and support they provide

This is my 2nd kegel 8 first one bought nearly 10 years ago and traded in for a newer model which is a great improvement I use it 3 4 times every week to strengthen my pelvic floor as menopause seemed to really weaken it It s easy to use and very effective

I bought the Kegel8 to help with bladder weakness and it s certainly done that job What was unexpected though was the improvement to my sexual health I ve been using the Kegel8 for just about a year now and I can honestly say my orgasms are better than I ever remember I m mid-fifties so yes there is an HRT effect which has definitely improved my drive no end but the improved sensations are definitely down to my increased pelvic floor strength I use the cleansing spray and the KE-Gel on my probe and also use the miracle balm which is a great product especially if you re menopausal If you re in two minds about the potential benefits just do yourself a favour and go for it Customer Services are excellent and will help you with your program It s one of the best things I ve ever done for myself and I m so glad I bought this little gadget and persevered with my program
