My experience with Kegel is always excellent I don t buy very often as I have the items I need but when I do it is a very pleasant experience Items are delivered quickly and all items are good quality Will always buy from them and would willingly recommend L Jeffery

This company s customer service should have 5star plus they could not be more helpful and supportive and their aftercare is second to none I highly recommend them and what a refreshing experience in this day and age of care less just pay your money

Problem with Prolapse

I purchased the Kegal 8 because I have a prolapse and with Covid and general incompetence surrounding the NHS I found I had dropped out of the system altogether I was a bit tentative about using it but took the plunge I have used it about 7 times now and so far believe that it is having a positive effect on my prolapse I am now managing to get through till lunchtime without noticing any bulge which is a great improvement I will continue using the machine as I believe the improvements will continue

Love my Kegel8 ultra 20 toner however

Love my Kegel8 ultra 20 toner however my battery blew up in the toner and now I m unable to use it I live in the US and am wondering if our batteries are not compatible I ve been using them for several years so not sure what happened I used to be able to buy batteries from Kegel8 but haven t seen them for a while Now I need to buy a third unit I ll do it because they work so good

Very good service and helpful machine

Very good service While I was a little cautious and have been starting slowly the machine definitely does already seem to be helping I also find it educational it s working different places to where i thought I was supposed to be squeezing This is not the thing to scrimp on

So far so good I have started to use the kegel8 a few weeks ago - 8 weeks after having a baby I feel like things have already improved after a couple of weeks using it I like that there are many different programs you can use and also the ability to add those suggested by my physiotherapist Very pleased so far Fingers crossed things will continue to improve

Prompt buying and delivery service I had issue with the probe and after a couple of emails a replacement was issued Emails are sent regarding use of the kegel and suggested reading material A helpline is offered for further advice and guidance
