The item is not easy to use as per

The item is not easy to use as per instructions supplied I feel it s too complicated when the product could have been made in a different way I read everything being Tech savvy I thought I could easily understand how to use this device I put it on Setting 5 seems to be the highest and felt Nothing not even a mere vibration I am very disappointed didn t work for me waste of over 100 in money Instructions too complex and screen shows too much digits are not bold enough

No improvement so far

I have used this as per the instructions for 4 weeks and can see feel no difference I m aware that I ve only completed 1 3 of the requisite time frame but am disappointed that there had been no improvement whatsoever so far I will continue the program for the next 8 weeks in the hopes that there will be some benefit

Disappointed

I have been using this product for several months which I purchased in an attempt to improve my weak bladder control Unfortunately I have been disappointed by the low level of improvement in my condition despite using the Kegel 8 almost daily I even purchased the latest probe and the seat pad in the hope that these would make a difference but sadly this has not happened

Cant insert properly

It come in a neat case which I like for discreetness I cant hold the probe in properly as it doesn t have to go in very far Does it still work if it goes in like a tampon It just turns over and then sort of squeezes out I m sure it would do the trick if I could get sorted The pads are losing stickiness already and don t seem to do anything

I found the instructions very muddled

I found the instructions very complicated and not very well explained I had to refer to the back of the booklet to find answers The probe swivels round and I have to hold it in place All round a disappointing experience Some years ago I used an Athena pelvic floor exerciser which was easy to use this no longer works hence buying the Kegel8

NO INFO INSTRUCTIONS GUIDELINES ENCLOSED

I ordered and received the item It arrived in sealed bag together with 2 sets of wires and 1 loose unwrapped battery used No instructions about assembly or use It seems clear how to connect the wires with the device but from there totally unclear as there is no option to connect the wires with this loose battery 29 99 down the drain Most unsatisfactory and very unprofessional

Uninterested company

Lead never worked from start promised a replacement never arrived Instructions in booklet to programme do not tally with what the actual unit does so phoned for advice and help About as much use as a chocolate teapot I think the staff are scripted to say we just tell you do do what s in the book Didn t seem to be able to grasp that the display was different to what was written in the booklet that came with the machine Save your money Dreadful experience

Gold probe not completely nickel free

Purchased Ultra 20 with gold probe however still had a nickel allergy Customer services are reluctant to believe you can get a nickel reaction however I did and so have others in their reviews Once I took my complaint further customer services were willing to help and provided two further probes to try however the same happened again Russian roulette if you ve an allergy so be warned

I received damaged packaging for the product The storage pouch is very small and of poor quality - not suitable for storing the three weights and exercise instructions The reponse from Kegel was polite but of no effect The clip on the weights easily falls off when washing the weights and it s now gone down the plughole I am using the weights as instructed but with very little improvement so far

After 3 weeks there is little or no improvement in incontinence and the battery supplied has only lasted these 3 weeks and now needs replaced I will get a new battery and continue for another 3 weeks but I am not hopeful of any improvement Initially a lot of money spent in expectation of a big improvement in incontinence but that has not been fulfilled so far
