Nurx kept me waiting over two weeks for anxiety medication that K Health was able to provide within a matter of 3 hours They are not as well marketed and for that reason I believe their wait times are more manageable I think Nurx has gotten too big to handle itself Thank you for the expedient resolution K Health

This is my 3rd month with KHealth and I ve had GREAT experience with ALL doctors Refills are prescribed ontime with no issues Very responsive when I do have questions and or concerns

Omg I love the app

Omg This app and the Clinician saved me I was breaking out in hives daily Every day a different spot They would come and go and would be so annoying and itchy I currently do not have insurance and tried my best to wait it out but decided to go online and I m so glad I found this app I chatted with a clinician showed pictures and she was able to prescribe me the meds I needed So easy and affordable for a single mom of 2

After dealing with Teladoc K-Health was a nice change Easy process nice doctor and they were on the ball And much less expensive for the visit I had a good experience

I had a great experience with Dr Farwell He was very informative and provided a lot of feedback and information Appointment was supper easy I can track all of our comments on yhe app which is great

My visit on Thursday with Dr

My visit on Thursday with Dr McMullan was great So helpful so friendly and offered great insight However I started a live visit now and nurse McMillan is just awful I have had issues with her in the past several times She doesn t treat patients with care or respect In fact she is undermining what the Dr and I spoke about on Thursday I have actually called before to ask that i not be connected with her again and I still was She is a provider that needs to be removed from the service

Super easy fast and convenient nice to have a dr on my time I work 12 hour shifts on nights going to the dr can be a real hassle not to mention waiting sometimes a couple weeks to get it Dr was very professional and seemed to genuinely care ask many questions to be sure what was going on also gave great advice how to prevent my condition from happening again

Actually Legit at least for me

I was reading all the negative reviews on here while waiting for the doctor after I already paid the 39 dollars and I was so upset thinking for sure I got scammed- But it worked out fine I got the antibiotics i needed prescribed and picked them up at a pharmacy an hour later This service actually worked for me when trying to go to a urgent care earlier had been a nightmare Maybe the law varies by state I was in DE if that helps anyone

Immediate help while on vacation

I was on vacation out of state and had a health issue come up It was so great that I could have my issue reviewed and get real help quickly from a doctor The app was quick to categorize the issue I was having and overall it took less then an hour to get the help I needed so I could continue my vacation with my family The doctor was courteous sympathetic and quick to help
