K Health took my money and told me to see a doctor What a rip off Terrible that they are exploiting sick people Update they did give us a refund So although it was a bad experience at least we got our money back

So the doctors have all been really helpful kind polite But their customer service is via email and it s SO SLOW Which would be ok except every month the app won t open my refill so i have to contact customer support to open it for me and they take so so long to get back to me

Have been waiting for 4 hours now they should tell you up front how long it takes before you actually get to talk to someone EDIT 1 star to 3 I did end up waiting over 4 hours even tho they tell you about an hour when you start but when I did speak to the doctor it was a quick and easy process and I ended up getting what I needed

I had food poisoning It took over four hours after I paid to speak message with a clinician Four hours of intense vomiting sweating chills etc once I heard from the clinician it was very fast I could have gone out to a doctor and been back home twice in theTime this took I see no reason to not just get out nextTime for care in a timely manner

I paid for an urgent tooth pain and its been over an hour still no response from this app There is NOTHING urgent about this app at all it just takes your money and lets you hang I am in such pain UGH they finally got through to me and I got what I needed Just a few hours to respond They could do better

I ve been with K Health 3 or 4 years now it was originally 19 99 which was great then I was told my plan was no longer available and I needed to renew ok fine well ya bam it s price has gone up 29 99 and no mention I ve stayed with it though since it s convenient but May drop it and just go through primary care physician

SERVICE WAS NOT IMMEDIATE LIKE I EXPECTED

Spent 30 or more minutes answering questions only to get a message that my wait time would be several hours I was annoyed by that as it leads you to believe you will be waited on promptly It took me from 2 30am to 6 30am but I finally got a prescription for antibiotics for a tooth abscess I did have to take a picture of my teeth although it wasn t very good but it sufficed He was very patient and nice while it took me forever to do things Just as a note they will only give you antibiotics once for a toothache so make sure you see your dentist My only complaint is they lead you to belive you will be attended to immediately and that wasn t the case Otherwise I have no complaints
