Only rating it one as unable to give 0 There is no Covid restrictions in place they say there is but witnessed no sanitising and face masks not being worn According to customer services all staff don t need Seems hard to believe Have contacted customer services who called me a liar basically I have asked for a manager to call so will wait and see what happens DO NOT VISIT

TERRIBLE experience Don t waste your money even with discount code The queues are long and the activities bad uninspiring with little if any details given to kids to make the most of the activity Also in these times of COVID the indoor air quality is terrible doesn t feel like there Is any circulation ventilation at all AVOID

Waste of both money and time
Rubbish and packed to the grim It was levels below mediocre Queues lasted for 40 minutes just going in and also 40 minutes waiting to do a job jobs weren t even exciting or interesting They made there own money so that after we finished the session we could buy stuff but did they expect us to buy it if prices were 90 for a bracelet which broke within four hours It was boiling hot and stuffy like it was summer in there We had a four hour session however we barely lasted 2 hours defiantly a disappointing experience first and last time

Really disappointing trip with our 3 children Son only did 3 activities each daughter did just one Unmotivated unfriendly staff things closed we were looking forward to or just had ridiculous queues Had a 4 hour time slot we were on the way back to the car after 90 mins it was just horrendous for our kids It felt like an expensive waiting area lacking inspiration and interaction Would happily have paid double to have stayed home

AWFUL PLACE DO NOT VISIT Rude staff and customer service incredibly long queues clearly not designed with young children in mind Asked for a refund as soon as we came in we knew straight away this is not a fun experience for a 4yo - one hour queues loud blasting music super adult-controlled activities Needless to say even though everyone agreed with our dreadful experience no refund was issued AVOID LIKE PLAGUE Boring and incredibly expensive

Don t waste your money
Took my 9 year old and 5 year old in half term this place is run terribly activities not open my oldest was only going for the Pok mon activity to then queue for 40 mins to be told the printer doesn t work my son was so disappointed didn t enjoy the rest of the day The football activity had no system after queuing for an hour my son still didn t get a turn and left in tears All the staff need training and looked absolutely miserable The kidzos earned you get to spend at the end you go to a shop and all they have for the kids is complete tat both my kids didn t want anything The proper gift shop has toys but no prices displayed so you had to go to the till Staff rude don t know anything about customer service I complained asked for a refund they offered 50 off my next visit We won t be going back

An endless cash grab that will leave you headed home with very disappointed children Tried to charge me 20 for DIGITAL copies of photos that looked like they d been taken by a chicken Staff were very good but the whole operation is run by a greedy group Plenty of better far cheaper places to take your kids

AVOID Get turned away from activities because staff are too busy having conversations with each other Not very child friendly at all my boy who is 5 came out crying and wanting to leave after being there for an hour Staff should be given proper training on how to treat children considering it s a child friendly environment The only thing that my son did enjoy was the fire department and that was about it 3 hours travelling to visit this place for a complete downer to his first visit to London ruined

Disappointed
Our trip to Kidzania which we waited excitedly for two months turned out to be a real letdown The staff seemed tired and not into it and a bunch of activities for kids were closed When it was time for our son to buy something cool with his hard-earned play money the shop only had shovels and football books Seriously We complained to the manager and all we got was a sorry and some excuse about delivery problems Not cool especially considering how much we paid for the visit Our son was super disappointed and the manager had no solution even when our kid was in tears Oh and the food situation was a downer too our son has a dairy allergy and there was nothing he could eat We had to leave and find food somewhere else This was supposed to be a great Christmas gift but Kidzania you really let us down Not coming back

Closed and no refund for our tickets
We bought tickets arrived only to find the place permanently closed without warning Kids devastated we paid 118 for the tickets and we are still waiting for it to be refunded Appalling company
