Hands down this has to the WORST place
Hands down this has to the WORST place I have ever taken my child He was excited to visit the Art Academy first we asked the girl working I use this term loosely how long it would be until the next session She told us 6minutes 40 minutes later after she had spent forever wiping a few tables and putting out printed sheets with ONE hand on each canvas the totally frustrated children were eventually let in Rather than apologies for keeping them waiting I seriously have never seen a person move so slow or be less interested in their job she asked them to say sorry for banging on the door She then sat in corner while the children were given a print out and some poster paint and ignored them I had been told that the inexcusable delay was due to the professional structure of each session that is beyond hilarious We thought about going to the H M fashion academy but the girl there was obviously in competition with the one from the Art academy as to who could look the most miserable and be the most rude to kids My son ask her when the next session would be she simply turned some sign around and said it s on there I spent 60 rip off food and after 4hours we were able to experience 3 things I do not include Art academy as an experience as this was just so bad it wasn t worth including So after an average of 40 minutes queuing per experience the price is 20 each The staff are rude and unmotivated the queues are a joke and the experiences are a rip off Stay at home and dissect your teddy vets get out a cash register and play shops supermarket cover a biscuit in icing the bakery rip a page out of a colouring book and smear it with cheap paint very slowly art academy Sorry but this is a farce that certainly does not live up to the website

I ve never written a review but I feel that today is the day to start My wife and I watched the promotion video on the website and if that was true to reality you would never take your kid anywhere else so we booked tickets for us and our 5 year old Enter reality the place is a joke Confusing expensive and just ridiculous One of the jobs that my son opted for was a window cleaner - a member of staff handed him a bucket and pointed to a window - he cleaned it with a glimmer of enthusiasm but he knows no different That was about the standard of the entire experience In short - Don t bother Staff gave zero instructions knowing we had never been before The money the kids accumulate for working is like being at the amusements - you need 300 points to get a lollipop type of scenario Super disappointed Such a fantastic concept and delivered badly

Rating should be 0 SCAM and rip-off
Our children queued unreasonably long 30min to 40min for each activity nearly 2 exhausting hours for 3 tiniest activities Kids declared that it is not fun at all and didn t want to be there anymore The waiting time is exhausting and the activities were shallow only for 6 and 7 min one of which lasted only 4 min - theatre audition with no any costume no any scheme no anything in particular Kids were just asked to express agression Not a good thing even from a moral point of view It was exceptionally boring and disappointing Not worth the money at all paid over 50 just to enter 1 child with adult and additionally inside 50 for 3 most boring activity with over 1h 40 min just a waiting time Especially it felt like a SCAM in comparison to recently visited Discovery Children s Story Centre where every one had amazing magic wonderful full of fun time at a reasonable price of 8 per person

No compassion - they re like machines without hearts
My Swiss friend took his 5 year old twin boys but as they didnt speak English naturally they couldnt enjoy it and left immediately Asking for a refund they were told no refunds but can use up to one year later There was no way those boys would be able to enjoy it a year later as they had only just started school so on their behalf I emailed asking if on this occasion they could show a little compassion and refund the tickets and if not then at least let the tickets be donated to my charity which helps children living on the streets in India to sell at auction Their reply he signed the terms of agreement which states no refund and non transferable Such a cold reply makes one shudder that such people exist

130 for 3 adults and 2 children
130 for 3 adults and 2 children Absolute rip off No costumes for the children staff mediocre except the guy rounding up the fire brigade too many older children just running around chasing each other and knocking the little ones out of the way Extortionately expensive once inside Do NOT accept the offer of a lanyard - they are 10 each Our children only had time for 4 activities because so many were closed the queues were really long As for the volume of the pumped music - why Just why is this needed It s a completely sensory overload and having worked with children for over 30 years I think the whole disorganised mess needs a complete rethink I especially recommend that parents with children having additional needs seriouslyconsider if this place is a good choice especially if you children is super aware of noise levels The final straw was the lift not working so we couldn t get upstairs

Awful experience
Awful experience Long queues nothing for early years apart from 2 empty rooms with empty toy boxes and an empty book shelf No refund policy so you can t even complain Uninterested staff and no customer services

Don t waste your time
Don t waste your time you will leave with disappointed children - Staff are clueless with no authority- Constant pushing in and queue jumping which staff do nothing about- Too many people in the venue meaning queues are horrendous- Highlighted queue jumping to a manager then watched it happen again nothing was done- Made a complaint on the day - haven t heard anything since this was 10 days ago Very poorly run

If there were 0 stars that s what you would get Terrible place do not waste your money time 1 lots of activities not open 2 long queues 3 staff make up their own rules to suit themselves4 staff look like they would all rather be somewhere else all except for the one doing the poice station who was great happy enthusiastic with the kids5 very minimal food in cafe despite having a decent menu staff couldn t even answer a simple question First visit will never return We got to do 4 activities in the whole 5 hrs

Terrible experience
Terrible experience under experience staff which looks like doing you a favour of being there you need to queue to the attractions for more than 45min or more far to many people let in so your little can cannot enjoy the play at all Been here a few times right after opening the venue and it was much better compare to what is happening since last couple of years Food far overprice- they advertising at the check it an adult pizza with drink 10 95 coming down to firehouse place there is no such promo but 12 95 instead My 5 year old starter to cry in the middle of the queue after 30 min waiting for the fire brigade where we hadn t even been near his turn like another 30min away at least Seriously parent Avoid Avoid Avoid this place as it gives more frustration to kids than fun The worst 100 spent so far in my life

Truely Awful
What can I say that has not been said before here - yes truely awful A message to myself - Always look at reviews before you decide to go somewhere like this The place should be shut down - the sponsors British Airways etc and their children need to visit as should the fire safety services What made it worse was the passive agressive behaviour of the manager - she had obviously been trained to behave like that I then complained to the customer services office and the lady there behaved as if I had just had a family bereavement it was almost quite comical but refused to be of any help whatsoever apart from inviting me to write in Seriously AVOID at all costs
