Klass Wagen is a small rental agency off the airport specializing in hidden charges and fees I was asked to pay an additional 55 Euros per day to cover scratches - much more money than the initial rental fee The pushy and young sales agent made very clear that new scratches on the car will be found whether I make them or not at a cost of 200 Euros per scratch No morally decent person would work at such a rip-off place Avoid

We tried to rent a car with our visa creditcard The guy said we couldn t rent a car because we were not able to show our full creditcardnumber on the app The 4 last digits on the creditcard corresponded with the 4 last digits in the app on my phone and the initials corresponded as well This is enough for companies like sixt and Avis to rent a car and even the support manager from visa had never heart of such a weird credit card denial

We were driven 10 minutes from the airport to the KlassWagen and were presented with an extra bill of 155 euros and a deposit of 160 euros which we had to pay upfront The alternative was a deposit of 2400 euros And as they said we always find something when you drop off the car At Rental Cars we had bought full insurance which we could use NOTHING for SUCH bad advice

Scammers we pre booked car hire with this company Upon arriving they said they didn t have a sheet with the scratches already on the car and that we couldn t inspect because the car was all frosted They said if they found any 2cm scratches they would email us within the months and they would be chargeable of 1200 euros each scratch The people before us were also complaining of the same problem The man was sat wearing sunglasses and an Hawaiian shirt at 9pm in the middle of winter gave proper scam vibes we left without the car and meant we could enjoy our holiday without having to worry about any scratches which may have already been on the car I d advise going with an legitimate hire company and not this backstreet one
