Web page not perfect

In general very good service The only minus is some wrong information on the web page I do not like to use credit card The web page states that it is mandatory That is not the case cars can be rented with a debit card if certain conditions are met I got very friendly and clear answer concerning this but the web page misleads it this particular case

They freeze 100 euros deposit and said

They freeze 100 euros deposit and said I will get back couple days after when i bring back the car 30 days later still didn t receive back any money and they doesn t understand what happened So 100 euros just gone somewhere and looks like never get back

Easy to manage but

Was the third time I rented from Klass Wagen The admin was fast because all my details were in the system already I would have preferred if they can deliver the car to my location even I would have paid for it One strange thing when taking over the car they told not to make picture of the existing damages because I already paid for full insurance I believed them but to my surprise when returning the car they sent me an email with all the damages the car had I did not do any of them but the email implies I was doing the damages I can only hope no problems will occur in the future such as claiming insurance money on my name

good fast rental and polite staff

Renting a car from Klass Wagen was a great experience and will definitely rent again its just that when i arrived in the airport i had to wait for about 35 mints for the suttee to arrive and take us the 6 minutes drive till the car rental this is because on the way to the rental there is a train crossing so the driver was stuck there for 20 minutes but in any case when i dropped the car i was in the airport within 10 minute they have 4 desks inside so you don t need to wait to get your car and very very polite staff that will give you the best experience possible

Great Car some minor Issues

Pickup at Airport worked fine had to wait about 15 min Again about 10min waiting Time in the Office as all desks were busy Booked an SUV and received a Kia Ceed which is not really a SUV but it had very few kilometers and was nearly new The Fuel was 3 4 which was hard to achive when refuling the Car prior to return Returning the Car was easy and fast This was not the first Car from Klaas Wagen I booked and I will use it again A Debit Credit Card will only be accepted when purchasing an expensive Insurance Package

The location and the price are amicable On pick-up I found the lady who dealt with me a bit abrupt The car had hardly any windscreen wash and one of the tires was over inflated In the middle of my journey the deflation system fault had come on which was unnecessary added stress to my journey At drop-off they were extremely busy yet the handover was smooth It was a pleasant surprise that they gave me a voucher because of returning the car with more fuel Overall good experience Thank you

Good price good car First phonenumber to call from AirPort was out of order Second number only Hungarian was spoken by computer Check-in employee probably had a bad day Check-out employee was very kind

Easy check in check out Car nice and clean at excellent price I was a bit surprised by the level of detail they checked the vehicle for damage at return looking with a magnifying glass to see any paint chips - luckily none found I was not provided with the existing condition of the vehicle damages at pick up which they actually had in file

Good experience

We rented a VW T-cross a nice fairly new car Overall experience was good We had an issue with the creditcard it took a lot of unnecessary time before we could leave therefor 4 stars We will hire at Klass Wagen again if we ever decide to return to Hungaria

We hired 2 8-seater minivans from 26 April to 12 May 2024 through direct correspondence with Klass Wagen Company under booking - BUD-1374112538106 and BUD-1361182410538 Their offer was the best compared to other car rental companies the rental process was fast and easy meet assist transport to their offices nearby the airport was very prompt and quick Completing the contract formalities was easy and quick as well with charming staff
