KOVI Fabrics has excellent customer service

KOVI Fabrics has quality fabric and excellent customer service I placed an order and when it was discovered that the fabric was out of stock they quickly sent an email suggesting several other fabrics that were very similar and helped me find one that would work for my project They shipped my selection immediately and the fabric was good quality and the yardage was correct Then they followed up with at least two emails to make sure I received my fabric and that I was happy with it You don t see companies often follow up after the sale Usually once they have your money you don t hear from them It is refreshing to do business with a company that does care

Fast Friendly service quality fabrics

I was extremely pleased to have so many options for fabric to reupholster my favorite Recliner I wasn t sure of the fabric I picked on line so I called the help line The agents I spoke with were extremely helpful I received my sample swatches in a few days I called back to order the fabric and was given a nice discount on a rather expensive fabric and they applied the cost of the samples to my order of 12 yards of fabric The fabric arrived two days early which will speed up the completion of the reupholster job I couldn t be happier

Great selection of products

Great selection of products I was able to find the identical faux leather to repair an armchair that was part of a beautiful living room that is now discontinued I was basically able to save my whole living room set Great customer service great shipping

No need to be patient

Both the samples I ordered and then the yards of fabric arrived so quickly I certainly didn t waste any time wondering when they would get here The samples might have been just a little larger but if I used the computer to get the overall effect of the pattern and the sample to know the true color and how it behaved in the changing light throughout the day I felt I had a good feel for what I was getting Now we just have to have the chair covered to see how it looks done up and then we ll have years to test the wear

Easy to deal with and their customer service is top notch When the fabric I wanted was sold out they suggested like fabrics And after I purchased another fabric they followed up to ensure I was happy with my purchase This is the second time I have shopped here and both times completely happy

Excellent Product Service

I recently purchased 3 yards of K4601 Adobe upholstery fabric for a re-do of my dining room chairs The order was confirmed and shipped promptly and the quality and print of the fabric was A-one Really lovely Unfortunately the tone was too dark for our dining room I definitely should have ordered a sample first and I asked to return the fabric for a refund Customer Service was very helpful and a refund was given KOVI is at the top of my list when I need fabrics in the future Excellent product and service Thanks
