Thank you Laam for making shopping experience so easy with in our comfort The pricing is perfect to the product and the Delivery charges are next to nothing The QUALITY is more better then expected and the delivery is on the date AMAZING WORK DONE BY the Service provider team The stitching is amazing Thank you for letting us shop from home with so much to choose from So much varieties It was amazing to shop with LAAM keep up

I love how transparent they are about

I love how transparent they are about delivery and quality of their products It does take a bit of time for items to reach USA but the prices are super reasonable and it s worth the wait Their customer service is also very prompt and professional

Delayed order

I had a major issue with one of my items not arriving on timeAfter contacting them several times I was told the item will be send out still with no luck I then spoke to hamza who went out of his way and managed to rectify the problem the system was not allowing them to post out to the address on record which no one mentioned to me after three different communications with different customer service staff Hamza offered to refund me but before that he attempted to send to different address in pakistan without any luck finally he has arranged to post it out to the uk address without any postal charges Wonderful customer service from him which put me at ease as I never had a problem with laam before and this was very disappointing I think I wouldn t have ordered again from laam had it not been for hamza and his customer service and the calls I got from him

This was my first experience with LAAM

This was my first experience with LAAM and I must say their customer service was outstanding I had an amazing experience and I want to give a special shout-out to Zainab my case manager who went above and beyond to assist me Unfortunately one of the dresses I received was not the one I had ordered While I wish this mistake hadn t happened LAAM s star employee came to the rescue She ensured that the incorrect dress was picked up and she is currently making sure that the dress I originally ordered will be delivered to me soon Great job team Just make sure to double-check the packages to save both your time and mine Apart from that your customer service is excellent

Very good customer service I ordered 5 dresses 4 of them were perfect as shown in the pictures Siraf 1 dress mujhe pasand nhi aya because of the organza fabric used which was clearly mentioned in the discription of the dress magar maine order krne se pehle discription nhi dheki thi jo k sarasar mairi ghalti thi magar customer service ne naa siraf dress ki amount refund ki balke courier charges b dedi I was amazed by their such good response

I have ordered my kaftan from laam but it didnt fit me well so i returned it to them and they refunded my amount reallyy honest company and their policies and dresses are also good I really loved this page will shop again
