Order came on time

Order came on time its for my wife s birthday on 2 march so not opened yet I e mailed to ask that if size wrong could I exchange but out of 14 day period which is a bit annoying just hope they fit

First-time user would recommend After ordering i was also able to track the parcel Delivery went fine Only one issue kept saying at my sorting office went to pick it up and it was out for delivery The parcel was delivered by the time I got home I had ordered tasman Uggs as a christmas present which had been sold out in shops for month what I was looking for very happy with my purchase

My stepdaughter wanted a particular pair of trainers for Christmas and laced com was the best place to order them from I ordered them on 15 December and then was advised that they wouldn t be delivered until the 27th which meant we bought extra Christmas presents so she had something to open on Christmas Day As it turned out they were delivered before Christmas but lose a for the last minute panic She loves them

I accidentally bought the wrong sized shoes I immediately spotted my mistake but unfortunately that was no online functionality to change the order So i cannot give 5 stars However beyond this the returns process communication and refund went smoothly
