I had the pleasure of working with Lindsay from this company Landis is so incredibly lucky to have an employee that fully believes in her company Has the answers her customers need And is one of the most personable caring people I ve ever dealt with in my search for a home for my family I m a single dad with three sons My recent divorce made it hard to purchase a house through the ordinary means While searching for mortgage loans I somehow came across Landis Lindsay was my point of contact for several months as I figured out what I was going to do She wasn t pushy neither did she neglect me She follows through every single time with what she said she would do and if she was going to be on vacation or off for a day she d let me know who I could contact for any questions Her level of professionalism follow through and the compassion she brings to Landis are an enormous strength I would recommend Landis hands down because of her to anyone Due in large part to her hard work my family has a home that we will be proud owners of in a year

Landis was a life saver for me and my family When my landlord told us we had to move we were having the hardest time finding another rental due to our struggling credit scores and our need to bring our dog who is a part of the family My husband heard about Landis and it sounded like a great opportunity so we immediately applied I started the application on 2 16 and I remember thinking there s no way these ppl are going to help us find a home and have us moving within a month or so like the website said Well I was wrong We got approved searched for a property and had Landis close on the home we chose for our family by 3 28 We now have our keys and are moving into a beautiful home in the area we wanted to be in It still seems too good to be true We are forever grateful for Landis We are excited about continuing this process and purchasing our home from Landis and it feels so great to know that Landis has the same goal for us Special thanks goes out to Julio who was there from the start and helped me with everything I needed to make this happen
