Concern about web site origin
Battery did arrive and was exactly as ordered my only annoyance is it shows a British flag on the web site and said in stock but it actually came from Germany 4-5 days after ordering

As advertised and arrived in days
It was a little difficult to work out which battery to order but once ordered it arrived within a few days is exactly as specified and works very well The cost of the item is very reasonable However the replacement has two cells rather than the originals three 2 cells 35Wh 7 6V vs 3 cells 11 4v 52 5Wh and I don t know if that is OK or not But that s what I ordered it s what I got and it works

Getting the right battery first time
The replacement battery that I had no problem identifying arrived on time and just with enough packaging necessary for it to arrive safely There was also two small screwdrivers with it that made the actual replacement much easier well done you

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service Batteries look exactly like original My original battery seemed to suddenly die so tried one of this companies replacements Unfortunately the first battery I got didn t work but in hindsight it was an issue with my laptop They sent me out a 2nd battery no questions asked as replacement for the first however this didn t work either - windows recognised both of them as 100 charged but my laptop wouldn t run on battery power still I took it to a repair centre that found water damage on the main board So 4 stars as have very good customer service and seem genuine and honest company but i can t in all honesty say that the batteries worked However this is far more likely to be an issue with my laptop rather than the batteries supplied

Just a warning got an extended battery for the thinkpad x270 the battery functioned but underclocked the CPU might just be an issue with my model though customer service responded quickly and offered either a replacement or refund refund went through in around 2 days I hope the other batteries don t do the underclocking though

Good prices fast delivery Only issue is that they do not deliver to Stirling for some reason I had to order it to my Brother in law who lives in Edinburgh approx 25 minutes drive from here

Good prices and fast delivery make it really economical to buy direct Safely packaged and came with two mini screwdrivers and a plastic plectrum shape to complete the change of battery for my laptop The only downside - no paperwork and no instructions Even a link to a youtube video would have been a bonus I looked one up myself but it would be good business to provide a link and then you can have your own channel
