A vat invoice would be nice without asking for it

Faulty Batteries

The battery came Installed it relatively easily However within the week the battery no longer charges Instead I have to keep the laptop plugged in

Product delivered promptly Did not come with handling instructions or how to dispose of the redundant battery It is still working after a week so something must have been right Would use them again

Speedy delivery

Speedy delivery but battery incredibly complicated to insert It would have cost me a lot of money to take it into a shop had my brother-in-law not been able to do it I was a little disappointed that with the battery life of two hours or so

Battery wasn t compatible

They give the false impression they are UK based they are not They give the impression these are Lenovo batteries they are not They claim they refund for any reason within 30 days they don t Battery took forever to arrive when it arrived the laptop said battery not recognised Asked for a refund and they keep delaying been nearly 2 months Latest response was please wait for us to setup a warehouse in UK Update I was eventually refunded

Battery is a battery - but

Battery is a battery - at least thats what the consumer assumed Its quality is never fully evident until you find out how long it lasts I was replacing the factory original which was loosing its charge in little more than an hour Replacing it was without help from lenovobatteryshop but fortunately there is a useful video on Youtube - but the tools you supplied failed to do the job of undoing 9 torqx and 4 JIS screws Just not man enough for the job - I doubt the Philips driver was not a JIS Th Torqx failed on the tightening of the last screw Hence the 5 10 score

Good price delivery but not perfect

Good price and acceptable delivery time Easy to fit as it looked identical to the original unit it was replacing Fully charged up to 100 but although it is performing better than the original battery which was several years old it is not holding the charge as long as I would have hoped Without being plugged in it jumps from saying it has 2 or 3 hours remaining to 1 to 2 hours in a very short time I have all my laptop settings configured for economy rather than performance so a bit disappointed that it doesn t appear to be lasting as long as I expected it would

Very Slow Delivery but excellent Battery

Ordered a battery for my Lenovo ThinkPad they said it wasn t in stock so had to be shipped from Hong Kong which took 2 weeks which I was not happy about as the site says fast shipping and the Evri tracking said two day delivery HOWEVER after installing the battery I was very pleasantly surprised My laptop battery lifetime is back to what it was when it was new I can get up 10 hours battery usage depending on what I am doing Seems to be a very high quality battery for a good price Had it not been for the very slow delivery I would have given 5 stars

Couldn t Input my shipping address in

Couldn t Input my shipping address in Scotland I got the we do not ship to that address message any time I had to order To be fair the customer service advised me each step of the way I had to put in a different post code to order then inform them of my order number after I paid then they changed the post code to the correct one after I ordered for the battery to then be shipped to my correct home address Seemed a bit strange and an extra step why won t their system confirm a shipping address in Scotland I ve read other reviews about people receiving the wrong batteries I ll see how my battery goes in my laptop
