The battery was securely packaged in an anti-static bag wrapped with bubble wrap and placed in a small box with foam I received 2 free screw drivers with my order to aid in installation and while this is very good I would recommend that they modify their website as such to give users the choice as to whether they want these tools to be included in their order or not for the purpose of facilitating a more climate friendly solution as I already have tools for installing batteries The battery s performance is fine using HWMonitor a multimeter and a stopwatch I can see that the capacity and voltage is as advertised and that the cells are stable Based on my experience with the official Lenovo batteries this is just as good and in a blind test I would not be able to tell the difference between either one Overall well done I have no complaints and will gladly come back again in the future if needed - 10 10
