Battery doesn t fit

I ordered a 4 cells 42Wh 15 36V battery for Lenovo YOGA S730-13IWL I received a delivery in 3 4 days but when I went to fit the battery that was sent to me I found that it was completely the wrong size and shape for my Lenovo Yoga 730-13IWL I have made contact to see if the situation can be corrected and am awaiting a response I ordered the replacement battery for my daughters laptop to prepare it for her starting college but it will now not be ready in time

Stay away from this website

Stay away from this website 1 Their website is misleading It appears to be a UK website selling genuine Lenovo batteries but it s just a Chinese retailer selling compatible stuff 2 They sent me the wrong item I asked them to send me a label to return the battery and issue a refund they asked me to wait until they open a warehouse in Europe Obviously I refused and they stopped replying to me I am now disputing the charge with my bank

Just Don t First they sent the wrong battery Then when I tried to use their 30 day return I was told to wait 15 days outside of the 14 days buyers are given by law to return online purchases I went through PayPal s Report a Problem system and suddelny I no longer have to wait 15 days Max Liu contacted me to arrange the return - to an address that was not recognised by the parcel company We are at least 20 emails along now and we still aren t any closer to this joke of a company honouring the transaction or their own return policy This company is an advert for buying from Amazon or eBay Update the return address given on application to return incorrect battery is not even viable

Its scam website they deducted money from PayPal but didn t send receipt later they sent an tracking order through an other website aolistek com No replay and no contact no given no tracking Stay away from this scam Fraud on the name of cheap battery

Avoid them

Received the battery didn t hold the charge They agreed to send another one but the same problem persisted I asked for a refund I was told to be patient for around 15 days Apparently they were moving their warehouse They then wanted me to send it to somebody else another name another city despite the shipping prohibitions That looked really suspicious I wanted to clarify the issue but they said the time was over and I haven t heard from them since then I definitely suggest you steer away from this company

I needed to buy a replacement battery for my B50 laptop so I telephoned yourselves only to be told that my machine was old and that you DID NOT have replacement batteries for my laptop as it was too old S N MP084JWCSo I had to go elsewhere and I bought an AolsteCell You didn t supply me with anything

It s been a cavalcade of incompetence

It s been a cavalcade of incompetence and accusations I ordered batteries using the manufacturer part numbers They shipped the incorrect batteries out and them accused me of ordering the incorrect items until I provided evidence to the contrary At this point they shipped the incorrect battery again I will not use them ever again The customer service is a joke and clearly their order system is so broken they can t even fulfil orders to correct mistakes

I ordered a battery after looking the one I needed with Lenovo So I ordered one from this site When it came it was clearly the wrong one So I asked to return it with the intention of buying the correct one However total radio silence so I am stuck with a battery I can t use

Ordered a battery Received an entirely different and incompatible model ten days later Went to chat to their support Unable to issue an RMA number in line with their return process want me to send the battery back at my own expense and then hope to have this refunded later I will be claiming a full refund through PayPal Shambolic

Can t believe you asked for a review when you do not sell spare batteries for your laptops I was after a B50-80 battery
