I had an excellent experience this week I purchased a television online during Boxing Day but the television was on back order so I phoned the store and spoke to Kevin Barnaby who quickly resolved the situation by selling me another television that was identical in specs but from a different manufacturer The television was delivered three days later

Outstanding service
I purchased a couch on line last month Was a bit skeptical as I ve never made such a big purchase on line Well from the moment I clicked purchase I couldn t be happier The whole process was seamless They contacted me right away to let me know that my couch was on back order and that it would take a few weeks to get in Understandable I waited and sure enough was contacted when it left the warehouse and was on it s way to the store and again contacted when it arrived and scheduled a delivery date at that time Needless to say today was the day it was delivered I was at work but my husband said they were the most professional and nicest people he has met in a long time He was very impressed So our review for Leon s is a glowing one And this after my Dad purchased a new recliner and pretty much had the same experience Thank you Leon s I will be purchasing again from you in the future

Defective mattress
I recently bought a kingsdown mattress at Leon s It proved to be defective At first there was a question of whether they would step up In the end they staff at Leon s in Coldbrook were very helpful and provided me with a new mattress I am very grateful

Whitby Leons is consistently great
I purchased at the Whitby store and they are amazing The customer service is top notch They listened answered my questions with clarity and made sure everything was done right I am 100 satisfied with my purchase because of the outstanding support from salesperson Kimberly the excellent delivery team that brought everything to my home and super helpful customer service calls and emails I received through out the process You all deserve to be commended for the tremendous work you ve done and continue to do It was incredible to witness that not just me but all customers around me were being treated with respect and effectively had someone on site to discuss questions and concerns during selection and after purchase I was not expecting this level of customer service at all not on Black Friday or any other day really I m honestly blown away by your operation
