Never went to Lidl before so didn t know what to expect Prices are cheaper but so do the food and products The best thing about Lidl is the middle of the isle and all the cheap tools

Excellent customer service and great prices at least they don t keep putting up prices to pay for extensions of buildings or staffLike some local storesLots of variety in food and choicesLooking forward to seeing one in great dunmow soon

Droitwich LIDL Grade A

Absolutely fantastic There are no self service tills and thus no CCTV screen This store took down the ridiculous till barriers early on and I congratulated them for doing so they possibly woke up to the lies Hopefully this store won t go the way of the Morrison s with it s extra security measures that make the customers feel like criminals all for their safety The prices are good and the aisles are wide A poor mans Waitrose

Generally good and well priced produce The fruit and veg selection can be a bit limited bland and the bread nothing special The 400 gram packs of off cut ham are great own brand chocolate cheap as when you can get it Seasonal limited time products can include some decent things Alot of products better than those from other supermarkets Wish they opened more tills with real people as I don t like using the self service checkouts Similar to Aldi

Aylesbury store in Buckinghamshire Well laid out love the bakery with a good variety of bread and single items Finally a store buying proper full size apples Meat cabinets well stocked and impressively displayed Can find the a majority of items in the large store better than it s competitors that are established Same marketed prices They need to expand the ranges to get top marks

Lidl Eltham

Lidl Eltham recently had a poor experience with a member of staff and I complained Glad to say same member of staff served me on the tills today and his customer service was excellent He was very friendly chatted to my little ones even tried to make the baby smile by waving a little doggie toy at her and smiling Noel deserves this positive feedback today following the poor experience with him previously Very happy with todays experience Well done Noel at Lidl store Eltham London

Excellent selection of freshly cooked

Excellent selection of freshly cooked products Only concerns are that people dont use the gloves or the instruments to pick their product up which isnt an issue unless they change their mind and put the item back Alway fresh and very tasty I would agree with their advert best out of all the bakeries available in Supermarkets

I really like Lidl a lot although one

I really like Lidl a lot although one or two of your male staff in Edinburgh way Harlow need to hold back some of their snide remarks I appreciate that the have to restock the products but I do not appreciate their bad attitude towards customers who actually pay their wages Prehaps a career change would help him

Used Lidl since it opened in the UK Spain and in Italy all good except there is one item l NEVER buy their Oakland potatoes Rubbish
