First off this is not a paid review I m an actual client This team is outstanding They did exactly what they said they will do there were a few hiccups due to no fault of this team but they stayed in constant contact until everything was worked out I would recommend them to anyone

Wow let me tell you This is one of the best life hacks when apartment shopping This was my first time using an apartment locator The lighthouse team was awesome First of all the process was easy so smooth and every apartment shopper needs to know about them Also I had the most excellent customer service from their team Especially working with Ibi they had great communication and made the entire process a breeze Third I m now in my new home loving the place and I just got a cash back reward for letting them do the heavy lifting for me Win win all around let me tell you Thankyou Lighthouse team I will be referring you to EVERYONE

First time good experience

This is my first time using lighthouse and overall I ve enjoyed my experience There were a couple hiccups in getting my cashback but the lighthouse team has resolved it The online interface is easy to use and attractive Hopefully they will have an app in the future

Great experience with Lighthouse

My experience with Lighthouse was wonderful Alan made sure that he kept me in the loop daily about different locations in the area of my choice He was very persistent and determined to get me moved The best thing with my experience with Alan at Lighthouse is that he made a suggestion and gave me advice on how to get the apartment that I chose For that I give 5
