happy repeat customer

After some initial lack of communication regarding my order I contacted the Customer Service department and was more than pleased with their response They were able to track the order and notified me almost immediately Communication with their Customer Service Department was exemplary

Damaged parcel good service

I have made quite a few purchases from lingerie outlet and their service and prices are great The only reason I gave a 4 star review and not 5 is that they do not stuff the cups of the molded bras so they come squished and creased and don t always regain their original smooth form

Only reason not 5 stars is sadly I m in

As I recieved my order there were 4 items missing The bag had damaged during shipping I was quite disapointed with the wrapping since the bikinis and bras with wires were just stuffed into a full plasticbag that then had cracked open at the top Lingeri outlet was kind to ship the missing items again but one bra was no longer available in my size wich was a shame but I got a refund for that The service and the products are very good but I wish they would pack the beautiful bras more gently

Only reason not 5 stars is sadly I m in USA and you guys are in the UK which creates shipping fiscal obstacles on occasion that are NOT your fault However my first experience the bras fit exactly as expected and no need to return Sadly the cost to return sometimes is more than a small purchase

Almost 5 stars

I discovered Lingerie Outlet by chance when searching for a particular bra I wanted a bra I d bought before but had had it a while and I couldn t find it at the previous retailer I put the details in google and Lingerie Outlet came up in the search I ended up buying two bras that were exactly what I wanted for a fraction of the price that I d paid before As it s an Outlet you may have limited choice for your size but it s definitely worth checking them out You may just bag yourself a bargain I did

Would definitely repurchase

Almost 5 stars as the bikinis arrived 3 orders within 2 days and are so lovely that I have kept 5 when I was only going to buy 2 The Chantelle bikinis are a good fit even those without padding There was a slight hitch on returning them with only one return sticker in my 3 order packs which didnt work at the return point in Asda when i wanted to return part of the order Asda staff sorted me though and i got an email from Lingerie Outlet to confirm my return almost immediately

Good value

The company provide great quality lingerie as advertised at a much lower price point Overall the service was great - quick delivery easy and smooth returns process My only criticism would be the way the items were packaged on their arrival However considering you are paying a fraction of the price for these well known brands I think it is definitely worth it

Good service

I made two different purchases and called after to ask if I could have them sent in one package rather than 2 It would save on Postal cost and plastic paper waste Unfortunately I was told that this could not be done even though I had purchased directly with them I find that a little annoying as it could have been done if I had made my purchases on a different site Makes no sense to me

Ordered two bras in the same style but

Good service Order arrived promptly Unfortunately I had to return an item as it did not fit but the cost was credited back to my credit card immediately No problems so far I have placed a second order which has recently arrived but unfortunately that one did not fit either so it has been returned I ordered 3 bras in total all the same size but only one fitted

Easy ordering and fast free delivery

Ordered two bras in the same style but different sizes as other customers had recommended them but neither fit so had to return them Free return was good but got no e mail telling me they had been received back so had to keep checking bank account to see if refunded A quick e mail telling the customer the returned items had been received would have been nice Would have been 5 stars but for that niggle
