Luke Jenkins is a very easy person to get on with and communicated with us by phone and by email texts from start to finish Luke messaged us the same evening that the survey was carried out asking if he could call us the following morning to discuss his report which he did and explained the survey findings and recommendations in detail This was followed up with a very comprehensive written report that he sent via email with the invoice which was also very reasonable He also doesn t ask for payment until the report has been received We definitely recommend Luke and would certainly use his services again in the future We would give him 11 10 if it were possible
