The white garden chair cushions
Hello we ordered 4 Mazut garden chairs in Mai After a lot of hassle they finally arrived months later than expected The chairs are nice as expected but the cushions are white and the tissue attracts dirt and can t be taken of for washing so we had to replace all the tissues which is more than the price of one chair Apparently this is the case with all the Loberon garden chair cushions just that you know N a v reactie van Loberon stuur een Email dan lossen we het op heb ik ze een Email gestuurd maar guess what nooit meer wat gehoord

Avoid Loberon at all costs not worth the hassle and terrible Customer Service
I submitted 2 orders from Loberon nl because I loved the style of their products however I regret that I ever ordered from this shop Order 1 - I ordered 2 sets of wine glasses on 30 November 2023 and received DHL tracking that it would be delivered by 5 December however I never received the order Loberon said that DHL will not deliver the item if they believe it to be damaged which is fine but it is now 12 January 2024 and I have contacted their Customer Service at least 4 times for a refund and they are still not able to process it They said that I have to wait for them to receive the damaged goods and they are unsure when and cannot escalate any further so I have to call back every week to get any updates they won t proactively let me know and even though I never received the item nor was I at fault for the damage goods I am out the amount of the order Similarly for Order 2 - I ordered a bed that costs 1 700 from Loberon on 5 December 2023 and paid additional for 2nd floor delivery I contacted Loberon Customer Service to confirm that they could deliver to the 2nd floor and they said everything was set for delivery on 18 December However when their delivery partner came they were fully unprepared and could not deliver the bed so they had to send it back to Loberon It is now 12 January 2024 and I am still waiting for this refund The people from the delivery partner even warned me that Loberon is notorious and known for this They have bad Customer Service and they have had to return multiple furniture orders for other customers because of it I have now been contacting Loberon Customer Service weekly They do not respond to all of their emails and on the phone they are unable to give me an answer other than asking for my patience which is completely unreasonable to have to wait nearly 2 months for 2 000 worth of refunds Their products may look nice but I highly suggest buying from elsewhere and avoiding Loberon It s not worth the hassle given their Customer Service and the high potential that something will go wrong

Loberon very poor customer service
I have made already few purchases from the Loberon as loving the style Very unfortunately the customer service is very poor also they are not honest about their delivery time In my case the loberon website said 4 to 5 working days however I received my lamp 5 weeks later To make the matter worse they didn t reply to my first email and as I started worrying the money was gone from my bank account already I sent another email Another week passed by and I didn t hear from them so decided to call customer service directly The person that I spoke to was extremely patronizing and completely disregarding at no point he apologized for the delay was not able to give me the delivery time He literally said that I should receive it in one or two or three week maybe If it wasn t for his patronizing attitude I would have been almost comical Few days later I finally received my lamp and much to my surprise finally the reply to my email from their costumer service saying that I should have received my purchase by this time bravo Loberon well done It felt like a big joke I think that the person who sent it used copy and paste rather then looking into my situation properly and how upset I was I did not get the answers to any points I made in my email I genuinely do not remember being so disregarded by any internet company in my whole life As you imagine I will not use this company any more which is a shame because I really like their furniture I also do not see why their spending all the money on sending the glamour looking catalogues by post They should be training their employees on the basics of the costumers service instead

Delivery Issues Poor Customer Support Experience
Ordered a sofa and after multiple attempts to get them to deliver it they refuse Essentially they use a delivery company Rhenus to deliver their packages and Rhenus has a policy that they cannot carry a sofa through a doorway unless it is in an over-sized box which is significantly larger than the sofa that is inside of it and will therefore not fit through any doorway aside from barn doors or garage doors If you are ordering anything from Loberon expect LENGTHY delays in shipping and expect a lot of finger pointing towards the delivery company in terms of receiving any help on the delivery Also expect their customer service to know absolutely nothing beyond what is posted on the website about the products which they sell

Do Not buy from this company
Do Not buy from this company If I could give them 0 stars I would They have the worst customer service First off they take forever to ship the products I purchased 4 items from Loberon The bathroom vanity arrived without its stone top and the wooden cabinet was damaged The kitchen cabinet with sink arrived without its stone sink and countertop The other 2 cabinets either arrived with the countertop cracked or not at all Calls made to customer service went nowhere The damaged vanity was supposed to be picked up by Loberon and they never sent anyone to do so Repeated calls on the other items also got no results They admitted they had the missing countertops but would not make the arrangements to send them to us The cracked piece would not be replaced The best they could do was to offer a partial refund So now I am stuck with 4 items that are unusable unless I search out and source stone countertops and sink on my own This fiasco has cost me more in time and resources than the original price of the items I hope Wayfair sets up online shopping in France and puts this company out of business Don t waste your money

Very bad client service
I got from Loberon a chest which doesn t look painted normal It got some weird black spots all over on the top board I ve been calling them for a month they never got back as they promised Finally today they gave me a solution only 10 of discount I m not ready getting the furniture which needs repainting with this small discount especially they made me waiting for A MONTH The furniture was taking up my space at home for nothing Now they say then I have to stay home whole day for returning the furniture and they don t give me any confirmation of this pick-up further Now I m afraid I get another whole day for nothing I wonder if the delivery guy really comes the appointed day I liked their products and was thinking to get others but now I say No No never again I was really disaponted with this

Nightmare
Love their items but when it comes down to service they are a nightmare in spite of their promises on the website They delivered me half of a cabinet I have emailed and phoned their NL serviceoffice several times have been patient I am now 1 month further - every promise that their backoffice would email me with a solution was broken Now I have asked to cancel the order but the 21 days was passed so it cannot be cancelled any more - but I have only half a cabinet This is the absolute last time I have ever bought something here What an incredible and frustrating nightmare I will sue them to get my money bank
