Bought black buffalo London shoes size 3Ordered on July 1st came July 15th 2021- very speedy and reliable delivery from Hermes despite Brexit restrictions Shoes are comfortable and good quality They re incredibly trendy right now and pair well with any outfit Adds a few inches to your height which is also nice The only thing to be wary about is the sizing - I m usually size 3 when it comes to trainers but I ordered a size 3 and it was kind of big and a little loose Nevertheless great trainers and highly recommend them ETA I changed my mind they re not really that lightweight After wearing them around outside for many hours straight I obviously wouldn t recc them for long outtings ETA 6 5 2022 Still love these trainers Still good quality even after constant use However to reiterate these are VERY heavy shoes and uncomfortable for long periods of walking but obviously worth it for the style points

I can t fault this company at all Their service has been top class I ordered a jacket for my husband it was too large I emailed them and they immediately sent out a smaller one which we received the following day The quality is excellent Will definitely buy from them again

Fantastic customer service Responded quickly to all of my emails when my delivery was delayed due to customs issues Offered me a full refund each time it was delayed Sadly when I received my item it didn t fit the returns process was very easy and quick again with great customer service and communication
