If I could give no stars I would My parcel should have been delivered yesterday They have just stole my money Don t use they are con artists I will be taking legal action

I ordered some trainers which I wished

I ordered some trainers which I wished to return To start with I found the website really difficult to find the area to submit a return I ended up contacting them via email and was sent an evri link to create a free post label When I went to an evri drop off point the label printed fine but when scanned by the cashier it came up with an error saying the barcode was invalid I corresponded via email and was told it works and all customers from the UK use this method I tried again at another evri drop off point and had the same experience In the end I posted via royal mail at my own expense and made sure to pay for tracked and signed for A week or so after I tracked the parcel to see it had been delivered several days ago I had to email again to receive my refund Would not shop here again

ADJUSTED REVIEW After some bad experiences Londonstore it ended up keeping their word and gave me a coupon code if I agreed to take down the bad review I wrote Unfortunately I didn t find anything that I found worth buying and their website is quite annoying and could REALLY use some configuration and a touch-up Their customer service is so and so Polite but a bit know-it-all insisting maybe it s due to lack in communication language-skills and understanding the customer All-in-all - An okay service a limited amount of products but affordable pricing

How long does Uk shipping take I ordered nearly 3 weeks ago and it still hasn t arrived what should i do

The only negative is I waited a month

The only negative is I waited a month for many trainers with no emails to let me know about where they were but they arrived today and they are awesome and now I know I have to wait that long I would order again

I ordered a Stussy beachtowel from this company in mid March 2021 as every where else was sold out but the price seemed too good to be true Whilst I have had to wait over one month for it to arrive due to Customs checks I understand the customer service feedback when I enquired as to its whereabouts has been excellent and the towel has arrived today and is exactly what I expected - definitely a Stussy product Very pleased with it and the price if only a bit of a wait

Waiting time for the UK

Ordered on the 24th of March and received my Order today 13th May so happy with what I ordered Took a long time to come due to brexit delays The staff at London store it very quick to respond though email but unsure if they actually had a clue when my item would arrive as they keep telling me would be the next 7-8 days but in the end I just had to wait but did eventually arrive over the moon

Great Products attention and discounts

I found two lovely Herschel at almost 50 of discount in here It took 2 months to receive them in Madrid because of a problem with the international mailing but they ve always been in contact with me and answer to my emails in order to fix this and they also offered me a refund instead if I preferred it but I finally received the bags yesterday and they re perfect

Placed an order to the U S and the shipping took longer than advertised however the product is exactly as described and customer service was responsive to my inquiries about the shipping time keeping me up-to-date on where the shipment was en route

Ordering process was easy and quick They took a while to arrive but within plenty of time for Xmas Unfortunately they weren t to my daughter s taste so I emailed regarding return process Prompt reply from Nicola and I printed off the forms posted on 29th at 4pm and Royal Mail had delivered them by 9 30am Nicola emailed to say they d arrived and refund was on its way Only criticism there were no UPO drop offs anywhere close to me do I had to pay for Special Delivery postage
