Caution Very poor customer service London store ignores consumer protection and does not handle warranty claim Very bad and definitely not a recommendation Have bought Salomon shoes that were already defective after 4 weeks London refuses to settle the warranty case with Salomon

London Store wants me to delete my review before they refund the purchase price Dishonest The company ignores its warranty obligations within the EU I bought Salomon running shoes after 4 weeks about 100km defective London Store does not meet its exchange obligation and refers to Salomon Company But this is legally irrelevant and a clear violation of applicable EU law because I have no deal with Salomon I am now stuck with new but defective shoes Therefore clearly no recommendation for this dealer

Terrible Company

Terrible Company Despite the name the company is based in Italy Shipping is very slow When l queried where my item was they simply said it was delayed due to Brexit They may be slightly cheaper than domestic companies but you pay in lack of customer service and delivery times Currently requesting a refund but l suspect l will have to get it through my Card company Wait for the bog standard response regarding delivery times below

AVOID refunds for faulty goods are not given

I bought a pair of Teva Sandals from londonstore The sandals fell apart within two weeks from a known manufacturing fault at TEVA I contacted londonstore providing photos of the sandals along with the serial number of the sandals which could be referenced back to show the photo s are legitimate I have been accused of sending photo s of old sandals therefore effectively accusing me of fraud I have refuted this and now londonstore will not answer my emails I am truly disgusted I have now seen the libelous response from the retailer who continues to refuse to answer my emails The photo s show that the sandals had been worn i e they didn t just fall apart on unpacking them and they show the unique code each pair of sandals have which demonstrates they are the sandals sold to me by londonstore Furthermore TEVA have acknowledged the specific manufacturing fault that these sandals have experienced If Londonstore reported this issue along with the photo s and serial number TEVA would refund the retailer who should then refund me as required under the European Sales of Goods Act Update 29th August Given Londonstore s refusal to communicate with me I have contacted TEVA and presented them with the photographic evidence TEVA have stepped in and replaced the sandals Clearly if I was being disingenuous as i have been accused by LondonStore TEVA would not have taken this action I therefore stand by my assertion that Londonstore have not complied with European law If only someone from LondonStore would be willing to have dialogue with me rather than ignoring my emails

I purchased a boots around 14 10 21 paid the delivery in the website says 10 21 days and almost I was asking when I would receive they keep saying to wait for more 8 10 days at the end when finally arrived they requested to send it back when I choose to be delivered at nearby Locker conclusion I need to wait 3to4 months for my parcel to sent it again as I do t want the refund obviously I never see a service delivery like this unbelievable and worst is not having a solution for this they promise to refund 15 of the full amount can proof this we will see

Londonstore it is not worth your money nor your time You should not waste either here They sell you stuff that they don t have then they charge you and doesn t pay you back the full amount They tries to buy you with coupons into taking down the bad review you wrote coupons that doesn t work And when you finally get what they promised you their customer service their website AND their variety is absolutely s t Not worth it

The discount of 10 for first orders placed by subscribers is only for products with no discount But the information is not shown on the site You have to go through the whole purchasing process and contacting the costumer support to know that Moreover when I tried to place the order my bank returned a risk message declining the payment When I contacted the costumer services the reply was transcribing Good morning maybe it s a bugComplete your order I m off

Avoid I bought 3 pairs of shoes Although I m happy with the quality I mistakenly ordered 1 pair the wrong size I messaged to ask for returns details and was told that because the shoes were discounted it was not within the company s returns policy and would not issue me with any returns information Uk sale of goods act states that there is 14 returns on all products bought online irrespective of the reason and overruling any company policy If an overseas company sell into the UK they must abide by UK online selling laws
