I ordered from the US and paid express shipping and got my order after 4 days They are super fast processing shippings Also their customer assistance is EXTREMELY efficient They get back to you in no time with very clear information I would definitely be shopping here again 100 recommended

My husband ordered a Vagabond loafer

My husband ordered a Vagabond loafer for me it s so cute and I really love it However the size is too big We have to return and order a new one We sent the loafer back but not sure when we ll get the refund When we reach to the customer service Nicola is extremely helpful and resolved our problem immediately We are very happy with our experience with London Store and will order more items in future

A little bit sceptical however I was after a pair of Buffalo trainers and this was the only place I could find them in my size Ordered and the first delivery went missing so initial thoughts were this wasn t a genuine site however excellent service from the customer services and a replacement pair arrived in the UK in a week Would recommend

Genuine positive review of my experience using London Store

Just seen a negative review as I m about to post mine I can confirm mine is a genuine review Granted I was a bit skeptical about ordering from Italy but I really wanted some DM boots that now appear to have been discontinued in the UK When I found London Store advertising them I checked them out on Trustpilot took a chance and placed my order 18th Nov 2022 I have been kept well informed of the status of my item through emails and the tracking number I am happy to recommend London Store and would use them again myself My boots were delivered yesterday 5th Dec 2022 slight delay due to Royal Mail strikes and I m delighted with them So all in all a brilliant service London Store I wish you well

great quality price and delivery

extremely surprised with the quality delivery and packaging considering retail price is 150 and i got them for 98 arrived in just over two weeks in pristine quality with pristine packaging including tracking info really happy that they give you original packaging and labels etc as shows it s authentic was very sceptical at first as ordering from abroad is never usually guaranteed to make it to your house let alone quickly and in good condition but i was pleasantly surprised would definitely buy from here again cant get over how great the quality of the shoes are i m delighted i bought black buffalos

Great customer service and good prices

First of all great customer service Initially I had a problem with not working tracking and two days before expected delivery day I contacted them They replied quickly fixed the tracking and even though they said there might be delay the package arrived as planned The goods I received are fine and the prices are cheaper than on other sites One of items didn t fit quite well so I returned it Returns are free and return process is quite easy After a couple of days I received a refund I highly recommend them
