Incredibly good customer service

Nicola was extremely helpful with me getting three of my orders refunded and was really fast with responding - I had sent 2 jackets back I wasn t too keen on and it was the easiest process ever I had a separate order of some t-shirts I was looking forward to but unfortunately the courier got them lost London Store were really speedy with getting this refunded for me Thanks again would shop here again

Found Steve Madden Trainers that hd sold out on the Steve Madden site With the new customer discount code I saved money buying on this site and delivery was free The item was posted from Italy and although took a couple more days than predicted arrival it was in perfect condition and exactly what I had presented Very happy with service and item

reliable - got exactly what I ordered

I very much wanted an item that the manufacturer had discontinued There must be a few still out there for sale where can I buy it One seller is offering it some place I never heard of called the London Store I live in Louisiana so ordering from a completely unknown store in Britain seemed risky I decided to order They took my money One week a notice saying it s been shipped Four weeks silence I guess it s on the boat in the Atlantic Five weeks a notice it s in the US Six weeks it s here and it s EXACTLY what I wanted in PERFECT condition Based on my experience these people are legit and reliable

I haven t used this site before but I found a couple of items I needed that were cheaper than I could find in the UK so I took a punt Happy to report that after a week or so the items were delivered London store offer free delivery over 80 so would definitely recommend and use again in the future

Excellent service I ordered some Ugg boots for my granddaughter for Christmas gift but I received an American size 4 not uk size 4 So had to return them They refunded me pretty quickly They were lovely boots And received great service
