They randomly cancel orders without any explanations because the items you see in the website are not even available in real life and no refund was issued untill now I sent an email why my order was canceled i got a very cold answer without apologizing for the inconvenience they created If i ordered somewhere else i could have got it already Scam and i will fill a case with UAE consumer rights

I placed an order for 3 Oribe Impermeable Sprays worth around 440 dhs and I have only received a small Oribe Hair Alchemy kit which I didn t order Looks like a scam Update I have contacted them through the website and was informed that the items were no longer available so they will be issuing a refund within 3-5 working days

I was not made aware that I would need to pay VAT on my purchase My order has taken a long time to arrive and I am yet to receive it because of a misunderstanding with the extra payment I sent a message to clarify the extra payment but the questions in my message were only part answered so whoever read it skim read it I still don t know if I m receiving my full order The emails I ve been receiving over the delay of this shipment have been ambiguous

Is there 0 star i would put 0 15 days still didnt get my item only 1 pc and 3 cancled without my request No contact number No customer service No proper decent reply they only receive social media dm and reply one time a day only even if you catch them and try to have conversation with them they dont open your msg again I dont know how UAE allow them to have an app in thier country cause in GCC no way they are allowed to work in this way Its right sometimes they dont take the money untill they dispatch however client have the right to get alternative of the cancle items with same amount cause its not his mistake you canceled

Taking money but no product Worst experience ever After 12 days of placing the order and deducting the payment I received a message the items are out of stock Why you are taking payment for out of stock items And why you are still keeping my money without any delivery It would be more respectful to mention if the products are out of stock before placing the orders to avoid wasting time

perhaps one of the worst places to buy My orders keep on getting cancelled no longer available but I only get the cancellation e-mails weeks after the purchase has been made and if I go online the products that were cancelled are still available 5 products were canceled in my last order not only it was supposed to arrive within 3-5 days it took lookfantastic two weeks to send me an email with the We re sorry to inform you that some or all of the items in your order number 643617381 have now been cancelled Very hard to understand how a company like this operates
