Huge issues with stock

Some of the products are not available the status shows awaiting stock for weeks and no information about when these will become available and when they will be dispatched The order of 11 products was split into THREE different shipments No guidelines about the payment - whether it was processed or not

Your app is not functioning properly When i put delivery country as Bahrain and region and Language as UAE then it goes Arabic I still want it in english but i was struggling so long to get it to show english Please sort it out You have an amazing sale but your app just ruins the whole experience

Something or the other is always out of stock Has happened on 3 different orders Ideally this information should be listed when someone is buying the product Not take the money and keep customer waiting endlessly for waiting for stock Secondly duty payment amount should also be shown when someone is buying Instead of being surprised later when courier asks for money for custom duty payment while delivering Better to buy all this off amazon where atleast full price including import duty charges are clearly mentioned and have No hidden payments layer

I have a feeling the Spice lip pen by MAC is unavailable again because I didn t get charged for the 8 Aed difference I was supposed to pay I tried purchasing this product last month and I was allowed to add it to my order when it was out of stock This time I used a gift voucher the amount of the voucher got deducted but again I don t think I will receive the product Why is the website allowing you to add products to your basket when the products are not available
