Waitedwhere order

Waited for my first order and it didnt arrive Another order was sent out and that didnt arrive either Was refunded no hassle so as i really need my order i have reordered and fingers crossed this order arrives

I have 2 issues with you I wish you can solve as I am frequent customer First please increase your max order quantity for the item I purchase Second please ensure proper packing as I am receiving some items damage

I liked the prices compare to other websites like Amazon The discount rates and code help me to buy product in cheaper prices which I did not find on any other website I am just waiting on dispatch timescale confirmation which is not showing in my account for same I am little disappointed

Rethink your shipping partner to the UAE

Although shopping with you was good I would seriously rethink your delivery partner in the UAE Although shipping was free I had to pay to receive my package claiming it is tax My package was well below the taxable amount I ve never experienced this Also it takes a long time to reach the UAE there has to be better potions

Incorrect address noticed

I reached out to customer services about my address being incorrect online This was prior to the items being shipped I was emailed back advising me that changes to orders were not possible once placed but no advice as to how to fix this or how they can support me further I then called the 24 7 number in the UK and the phonelines were closed Why state that they are operational on a 24 hr basis I am now nervous about how the items will reach me Fingers crossed

They have some good discount codes but lack in some items as well Be careful it mentions free delivery but u will eventually end up paying delivery charges to post or courier

Unsure how I feel

I love your site but it s all over the place so takes a long time to collect what I want or browse the long wait with little or no information while I wait for order is a little long and daunting There s no where to track my order and when putting tracking number there s no information to find

The promotion on Olaplex states that I will be getting free full size olaplex product which will reflect on the check out After check-out I didnt see any freebies of olaplex full size product for free that was earlier mentioned in the promotion section By the way my total amount spent on Olaplex is more than AED 350 -

Acceptable but packaging may be improved

The things received are acceptable and the pricing is reasonable when compared to other online sites nevertheless the packaging may be improved To avoid leaking at least the caps have been secured or use bubble wrap every item Also the things arrive quite warm so I m concerned about the shampoo and capsulated vitamins For some reason the courier guy asked me to pay 10 dirhams VAT which I assumed was either paid or included in the total amount I paid online so I paid the requested money since he will not leave till he is paid

The selection of products and brands from UAE site is quite limited and the discounts are not as impressive as they were in the past
