The app glitches and freezes a lot

The app glitches and freezes a lot When you press the back button it doesnt go back to the previous page but to homepage Cannot track the order Overall app experience is a hassle However the offers and brands abd products are extremely beautiful

I couldn t finish my purchase for three

I couldn t finish my purchase for three days because during the input of my address it was some issue in the app as soon as I typed in the city all previous information was erased I repeated so many times and then I just gave up However I tried again after few days and it worked perfectly so probably you fixed the issue

You were better before with more brand and discount on your ae site not most of the brand removed like drunk elephant and olaplex and could only be found on UK site

Struggled with look fantastic s mobile web Search was alright I have an iPhone 13 Pro and I couldn t see enough products on the PDP at one time finding items was a little tricky after the search selection The filtering was limited too Below average experience shopping

I generally like Lookfantastic for their great prices and I ve ordered from them multiple times However some items are shipped from outside the UAE especially the UK and many of my orders have been canceled due to shipping restrictions Additionally there have been instances where items went out of stock after I placed an order even though I received an email stating they would be dispatched soon They should now be aware of which items cannot be shipped to the UAE and provide users with that option when ordering Additionally they should manage their online inventory to hide out-of-stock items preventing disappointment especially after a long wait

Good afternoon I just made an order for 1900 AED When I tried to go to my personal account on the site I found that the site was giving an error and there was no way to go and track my order the site technically did not allow you to recover the password register and nothing at all Please solve this to raise the stars in my evaluation And I m looking forward to getting my order to Dubai Thank you in advance thanks in advance respect Tetiana H

My first item was delivered within 48

My first item was delivered within 48 hours but the rest of my items were not delivered for another 2 weeks they ended up being shipped over from the uk so I had to pay another 20aed fee on top

App easy to navigate

The online ordering experience is always smooth so no issues with that This is my second order and I m still waiting to receive items from the previous order which after 6 days are still awaiting stock I was surprised and disappointed about having to pay custom fees for some of the few items that I received so far as It never happens when I order goods from other companies based abroad

You need to make invoices available on your site for customers to access when ever they want Your request method is not working for me Several invoice requests I made where not honored Every other thing about your store for me is great

It was affordable and had a lot of options and brands to choose from but I wish that the payment process was easier because I had to go though a lot of steps to change my payment method Overall the high quality of the app website and products made all worth it
