Detailed and accessible

A detailed report of all and any potential issues with the house Me and my partner were suprised at how much was included in the report including many pictures This was easy for two first time buyers to read and understand and put the decision in our hands of how we would like to proceed having all the information at hand Useful not only for big issues there may be with the property but also minor ones that we may not have noticed that may become larger issues in the future Great in depth service which has left us feeling reassured about the property we are going to purchase Many thanks to Graham for sorting and Jennifer for performing the service

Very detailed survey

They were quick to get the survey booked in they were honest about the type we required It only took a few days to get the report back which was very detailed We did end up pulling out of buying the house because of what was highlighted in the survey They saved us thousands we will definitely be using them again for the next property we intend to buy

Graham and the team have been most helpful throughout the process for my survey recommended the right survey for the type of property I was interested in the report itself when arrived was incredibly detailed and gave clear information about areas of concern very satisfied with the quality of this report

Absolutely first class

The booking of my survey was easy and the report is absolutely excellent with a lot of detailed explanation of the things checked photos of all relevant areas and even advice on how to remedy minor issues I now feel that I can purchase the property with full knowledge of what I am buying and what I need to get done

Wonderful Service

Choosing Lotus Surveyors was the best decision for us First Time Buyers Graham and Jenny were easy to contact and are friendly and informative the process ran smoothly The thorough nature of Jenny s survey did ultimately lead us to pulling out of the sale as there was far more work than we anticipated Jenny also phoned us prior to the survey report to speak through major areas and was there for call after the report if we needed any further clarity We went for a Level 2 report as we did have initial worries on our property the report was clear with a traffic light system many images and diagrams We re now looking into another property to buy and will be most definitely be going with Lotus again We have absolute faith in their expertise to help us make the right decision in the future

I am not the client of Lotus but I am the owner of a house that Jennifer has surveyed Jennifer was very rude and abrupt with myself and my partner making us feel very uncomfortable Jennifer was very vocal about previous clients and talking very negatively about them and their children While going around the house Jennifer would be walking around saying why just why about certain aspect of the house loud enough for us to hear but then saying it was confidential as the report was not for us leaving us very confused and uncomfortable When I have tried to contact Lotus about the service was made clear that we was not their clients and we did not receive a service Clients or not there should have been a professional standard withheld and this was not the case
