Extremely helpful and professional

I have had issues with a property which I needed professional advice on and I was not sure where to start Jenny and Graham took the time to listen to me and advise on my options and what would be most beneficial Jenny conducted a comprehensive assessment of the issues with the property as requested and quickly provided a clear report This advice has been invaluable in assessing the options of how to proceed with the issues I am very grateful to Lotus Surveyors for their work and highly recommend their services

From first contact to receiving the report it was a very stress-free process with everything fully explained This is the first time using a surveyor and so I was unaware of what to expect in a report but the detail and explanations were very understandable and has helped me to collate a to-do list before and after the move Thank you

High Quality Level 2 Home Survey

I instructed Lotus Surveyors for a Level 2 survey and would recommend to anyone As a first time buyer the report provided a comprehensive explaination of the main issues in the house and recommendations for this The report included detailed pictures and commentaty of things I d not really thought about Ultimately the survey has put my mind at ease with proceeding with the property purchase The organisation process was smooth and the report was issued in a very timely manner following completion of the survey which helped my home buying process

Great communications from Graham throughout the process Jennifer provided a detailed quality 73 page report of the property with photos and recommendations which was provided promptly following the survey date Highly recommend

Level 3 - Rapid turnaround for report great price

We used Lotus for a level 3 on a 1930s house Jennifer provided us with a comprehensive report detailing every issue and potential issue with recommendations for repair A lot of things we would have definitely missed or thought nothing off Turnaround for report was rapid considering the detail We now have a clear roadmap for repairs which would have likely cost way more down the line Whole process was quick and efficient from start to finish can t ask for more Thanks

I have used Graham Jenny at Lotus Surveyors a few times for investment properties in the Lincolnshire area I m always impressed with the level of care and detail that they provide in the reports and are on hand to answer any questions I ve had I have already recommended them to friends and family and will continue to use their them moving forward with other properties that we will be purchasing Thank you to you both
