DO NOT BUY FROM LOVESAC WILLOWBEND- PLANO TX
We purchased our dream sofa during the Black Friday awake in November 2022 not realizing we were purchasing what would turn into a soured experience dealing with Ryan and the Willowbend store First they no long offer in-home set up for a product that cost 10K- 15k Let me say it s a nightmare that will leave you in tears if you live alone as it s practically impossible to assemble this by yourself and the directions do little to nothing for you Now Jar-Mar was amazing helping me navigate this His professionalism compassion and customer service mentality embodied leadership yet he is just a team member Now for the nightmare The subwoofer which is installed under the sofa before building it was defective Please not this is a 3-5k product alone I reached out to the store and after it was determined it needed to be replaced another was order but no communication was provided to us so we just had to wait At the end of last week we finally got a call to set up the swap out Ryan came over to swap this out and in the process broke a clamp which now we are waiting for a replacement under warranty When I expressed the frustration on just how the process has gone but that I still desired to purchase pillows to match our dream-nightmare sofa I asked what concessions could be offered Ryan and his DM offered us 21 10 of the matching pillow which cost 422 18 yes you read that correctly We were offered 21 10 off for a product costing us 9K Today I made my first payment on a sofa that was just made functional yesterday Ryan has shown us that he and his DM do not value people They are about sales sales sales While we were able to enjoy our first movie last night using the sound system I must warn you about dealing with the Willowbend Lovesac store We do not recommended this store and would encourage you to find another store in the Dallas Ft Worth area to purchase from just in case you have any warranty issues You want to spend your money where they not only value your sale but also your satisfaction which this store does not I have attached Ryan and his DM s views of customer service As a person in leadership and in management myself this is not customer service and I m sure this does not reflect the value of this company as a whole Willowbend needs new management and the District needs now leaderships if this is what we call acceptable for such a high dollar item I will not be purchasing from this location again We will find another store in hopes of a better experience

Company Lovesac Product Description Corded Velvet sactional covers Color Graphite Purchase date March 7th 2022 Order number 002044455Delivery Date April 21st 2022Compliant Lovesac participating in Bait and Switch AdvertisingI recently ordered new Lovesac Sactional covers Per the Lovesac com site the color was titled Graphite and came with no further product color description The picture displayed a cover colored as dark ash gray The delivery time frame indicated that they were in stock and could be delivered within 1-2 weeks I called after roughly five weeks of not receiving the product and finally received the merchandise the following week This totaled a 6-week delivery time frame rather than the advertised 1-2 week Upon opening the boxes the cover material was light brown not the Graphite color that had been advertised I immediately called Costumer Service and as requested sent a picture of the product I also offered to take the merchandise in to our local Lovesac Showroom so they too could see the discrepancy However each blindly repeated that clearance items are non-returnable even if the item is not what was advertised The Show Room Manager Sierra of the Spokane WA River Park Square location was particularly rude and dismissive and replied that this was not a Show Room problem It was only after I pursued the complaint that she offered to escalate my issue but then threatened not to unless I was more co-operative Keep in mind that my lack of co-operation consisted of a grave concern that neither she nor anyone I have spoken too has used ethical common sense to resolve the issue and that I needed someone who would I have fallen victim to bait and switch advertising by Lovesac My only conclusion is that various covers were incorrectly dyed and in order to sell them they were sold at clearance using the correctly dyed product picture Once the item is received and the customer calls attention to the discrepancy Lovesac claims no liability due to the non-returnable clearance policy

Lovesac offers no good customer service
I ordered a LoveSac bundle that came in a box and a bag I thought the cover to the LoveSac pillow would be in the bag it came in I received no extra tracking number First the footstool and it s cover came Then 2-3 weeks later the pillow arrived but no cover Finally I called LoveSac customer service and it was well apparent that the cover got lost somewhere So then I had this big gray blob in my living room Bethany in customer service said I d have to file a police report but I am a K9 LEO before they could issue a replacement She also assured me I would get a call back a d they would put a trace on it with FedX I never received a call back No one steals packages from my porch We have four K9 s And you really can t file a police report for an item under a certain amount Plus we have security cameras I ended up paying again for another cover which was delivered fine And as far as the first payment with the credit card - it will be disputed Because LoveSac needs to file a claim for a lost package Absolute nightmare of an experience

Horrible The sac is HUGE It flattens out in the most uncomfortable way and has to be fluffed every few days Well me fresh after having a baby wasn t told that Try flipping a 75 pound sac around 2 days after labor OW We ve had ours for 3 years now and the seam of the cover is ripping They claim to allow you to replace foam but they won t allow you more than two boxes of foam at 10 pounds a box My sac is 75 pounds Make that make sense So i now cannot use my sac due to ruined foam Can not replace it despite being told it s a lifetime warranty But hold on it s not lifetime with accidents or normal wear and tear and the covers for the sactional warp and look like bubble wrap after a few washes Will they replace that Nope So the 6k you spent on a sactional and a sac because wow their floor employees sure know how to lie their way into an upgrade is wasted So beyond thrilled we made this purchase and SO happy we re stuck with it now Do better LoveSac You re disappointing

Can you do negative stars
Can you do negative stars If you have trouble you will be told you can return it Great I spent over 1K on a beanbag chair Turns out the online dimensions aren t quite right as it squishes out so much and it was huge I wanted the next size down They send you a garbage bag and tell you to use a vacuum cleaner to shrink the thing into a tiny bag and it isn t happening I don t know what to do with this thing

Stay away Don t buy into the hype The fabric isn t sown properly and will show the inserts Pain to get the legs to fit in the holders Highly overpriced for the hassle It s hard to rearrange so if you re never going to do that there is no point Skip this Worst purchase I made At least this way you can expect to have a crappy experience
