Hidden Tax Issues on Luosophy Buyer Beware
I attempted to make a purchase on September 12 from Luosophy while based in California To my surprise the final price at checkout did not include sales tax nor was it mentioned anywhere in the process As a resident of California where sales tax collection is mandatory this immediately raised red flags for me It makes me seriously question whether Luosophy is properly handling tax collection This kind of oversight is not just a minor inconvenience it poses potential risks for me as a customer If the company isn t collecting and remitting sales taxes as required by law I could be held responsible for the unpaid taxes Moreover there could be complications if the company is audited or if state tax authorities investigate irregularities Being caught up in such issues would be extremely frustrating and stressful especially for something as simple as an online purchase If you re purchasing from California or any state where sales tax applies be very cautious when dealing with Luosophy The lack of transparency around taxes is concerning and I believe consumers deserve better I won t be risking another purchase until I have clarity that this issue has been addressed and resolved

Terrible Experience Avoid This Company I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever with this company It all started when DHL claimed my tracking number was incorrect delaying my package for days After finally resolving that another week went by and my order wasn t delivered to my house due to the wildfires in Los Angeles which seemed like a poor excuse Instead they told me to drive downtown to pick it up To make matters worse when the package finally arrived at my home it turned out to be the wrong item The process to get a return label was a nightmare requiring me to take countless pictures just to prove their mistake Once I returned the item they informed me that the pair I originally purchased was now sold out Their solution A weak apology and a measly 10 discount on my next order like I d ever shop with them again Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere This company has zero respect for their customers time or money

I was looking for a new bag and stumbled upon this website I didn t really see any reviews so I was a little scared but I took the plunge and ordered The bag came just as described The packaging was excellent Everything came wrapped and was 100 authentic I was so pleased that I ordered another bag Two new bottega bags Also the customer service is amazing I had questions and they responded to me quickly and with courtesy I am very happy Would totally recommend If you re reading this and found a deal I recommend purchasing The bags come from Italy Btw I ordered to the United States

I was looking for a specific bag for my wife for our wedding anniversary I checked many department stores and was having a hard time finding it Until one of my friends referred me to the Luosophy website oh man I wish I had known about this website earlier so I would not have wasted time searching for this bag Luosophy carries the bag that I was looking for for my wife The price is also very reasonable Before placing my order I was a bit skeptical at the beginning So I sent an email to the customer service at Luosoph They replied to me in a reasonable timeframe and were able to provide enough information to make sure it was the right product that I was going to order Although the delivery took a bit over a week to get to my place but it came perfectly in a nice packaged box and arrived in time before our wedding anniversary My wife could not be happier anymore after I gave her this bag The overall shopping experience at the Luosophy website is great
