We would highly recommend choosing Mackenzie Smith as estate agents Our first contact was with Nick Ross who came to value the house We appreciated his honest approach and right away felt we were in good hands As soon as we confirmed we would like to go ahead with them we were kept busy with viewings even before the house details went online We were very happy with how the house was marketed with plenty of good photos and a nice brochure It took only 10 days to receive a very good offer on the house which we accepted From then on up until exchange of contract we were updated regularly by both Nick and Steve Tetlow who also kept in touch with our sellers buyers and solicitors in order to keep all in the chain informed and in agreement We are buying a new build so there have inevitably been a few uncertain moments but Steve and Nick were always there to calm our nerves We got there in the end and are very grateful for all their help
