Poor quality and very poor customer service
I wish I d seen these reviews before buying I got the three piece non-stick set The largest size would be totally impractical in the UK if I wasn t in the fortunate position of having a Rangemaster with a wok burner but that s not their problem Just FYI my fellow UK buyers their sizes are made to suit huge American style ovens with loads of space between the rings so if you have a standard size hob pay attention to whether these pans will fit your use However the middle pan the 10 inch came scratched already with one scratch down to the bare metal just taking it out of their packaging or occurred in shipping Their answer to my customer case was basically that the pan was bound to scratch anyway no matter how careful I was in looking after it and in their opinion the scratching was superficial and thus in essence it was actually no big deal but since they were generous they d either give me a 20 discount off the one pan or if I insisted they d replace it I emailed back saying this answer was disapointing The whole tone of the email implied that perhaps I d caused this as they pointed me to their care guide information when I d made it clear the pan was scratched out of the box - I emailed them the same day their tracking would indicate the shipment arrived - basically as soon as I d finished work for the day and had time to unpack and hand wash them ready for use On letting them know I found this answer disappointing the CS agent did email me back saying she was sorry for this but that it s hard to gauge damage from pictures so they basically send a copy paste answer to everyone who reports shipping marks and scratches It also implied that their CS is VERY busy which is also worrying as how many orders do they send out that have issues Sounds like many It felt like they basically send seconds as new and hope the receiver either doesn t complain or accepts the 20 discount to be happy with a seconds quality pan Their CEO went on a Reddit thread and talked a good game several years ago but it seems that nothing in their business has moved on since those big words several years ago - shame They re going to ship me a new one in 12-20 days even though I paid for express shipping for my order and I honestly will never buy from them again I m in need of new pots but I m going to look into all clad Maybe if you re American and sending these back is easy if they re horrible they d be worth a punt but when it s going to be a total nightmare to wash your hands of them because you re international I d stay away

purchased a 3 5 Qt non- stick saut pan
purchased a 3 5 Qt non- stick saut pan less than 6 months of use the non- stick is peeling off with NO support from the company They state that due to being clean in a dishwasher they will not warranty the product This is nonsense I have washed both my AllClad and others with no effect as seen on this pan Even there box at the time stated that hand washing is preferred it still could be placed in the dishwasher But they would gladly sell me a new pan

Horrible customer service Why warranties mean notthing
I purchased the complete set from Amazon It included a non stick pan After the first use cooking bacon The pan was burnt and un cleanable I followed instructions for cleaning including the vinegar and baking soda solution In the end nothing seemed to work I contacted customer service explained the situation They agreed to send me a replacement pan I asked the representative Abigale what to do with the old pan She said discard it or donate it So I discarded it Fast forward 2 weeks no replacement I called them up and inquired about the replacement They told me they would not replace it and I would have to go through Amazon At this point I cannot return it because I have no item to return since I followed through on customer service suggestion of just getting rid of the bad pan So needless to say DO NOT buy made in if you think you will get satisfactory customer service They will misleads you and do anything to avoid honoring a warranty I am now out a pan and no replacement I refuse to give them a dime

I ve been trying to raise a query with their help team and they have completely blanked me More than a week and no response -and I ve chased They are trying to claim that they offer a high-end product -but have no customer service at all Also- their website prices don t quote including VAT of the local market it s set to Avoid Pay the extra to get All-Clad

Promise of refund for a rusty roasting pan never came to pass Excuses did though lots of them Will never buy from this company again with horrible dishonest and rude customer service people
I ordered a set of pots and pans and added a roasting pan The roasting pan came rusty I called was told to send it back for a refund I sent it back and never received a refund What I received was lots of excuses i e time frame too late my email address had changed since ordering because Verizon no longer did email so my gmail com email was deemed unsafe so no refund via a gift card even though it was promised to me Customer service was rude and quite snarky I would say almost bullying me

No Warranty Support - Cheap Enameled Cast Iron
TLDR Overpriced Dutch Oven was defective clings to food like nobody s business after minor use filed a warranty claim and got nothing after weeks AVOID Made In Ordered a Red Dutch Oven from these guys after getting hit with a barrage of sponsored ads from YouTubers I like The Enameled Cast Iron looked good and certainly wasn t on the cheap side at 200 after tax The first time I pre-heated the dutch oven oiled it and attempted to sear a room temp chuck it stuck to the pan and removing it tore meat fibers off in chunks Weird but I figured it wasn t a huge issue maybe I d misused After 3 gentle-to-normal cooking sessions 2 stews and 1 braise - the Dutch Oven has developed hairline cracks and fissures in the enamel and it s extremely difficult to get any food that gets stuck off even after multiple soaks in warm soapy water I filed a warranty claim and they haven t gotten back to me in weeks You can see by the other reviews that this was meant to be a firecracker of a company perhaps profitable at first but short-lived and unsustainable

Zero Customer Service
In December 2022 I ordered and received a non-stick saute pan I was very impressed with the quality so I ordered a 7 piece non-stick set It has been more than 2 months with no delivery I only get excuses and projected fulfillment dates The company has removed all phone numbers from their website Chat with a robot or email is the only way to interact with the company Customer service is nonexistent From what I can tell this is a very poorly run company with a very nice quality product

No product delivered Zero customer service availabel
I ve ordered more than a month ago The order states it ships in 3-7 business days After a month I reached out a few times to enquire about my order status I ve used the terrible bot they have sent emails and now seem to have to use my credit card company for a charge back as it s been total radio silence So in short their delivery timelines are mere fiction they have no customer service as in no one present or no number to speak to someone so I can truly see why their review is as low as it is Alas it appears using my credit card for a refund is my only course of action Pure internet hype of a company
