Amazing customer service I was seeking to replace some shower door seals which were outside the product guarantee Replacements were offered up free of charge and with me before week s end

My 10 year old shower controller
My 10 year old shower controller developed a leak I found the cause and set about ordering parts I found it difficult to articulate my needs but the salesman could not have been more patient and helpful When I got round to fitting the parts things were not so straight forward I needed quite a few sundries Again the salesman was exemplary and sent everything I could need by return post The shower is now back to its best
