Brilliant customer service

I have a 7 year old Matki One Quintesse shower enclosure and a few of the seals were a litttle worn and tired looking I emailed Matki and they very generously sent me a selection of seals that have enabled me to get the shower looking as good as new I m most impressed with the excellent customer service

Excellent Matki support

I recently had a wet room shower screen delivered that didn t come with the wall mounting kit I contacted Matki customer support and dealt with Esme who was very responsive helpful and resolved my issue very quickly It s only when you have an issue or query and have to speak to a support team that you really know how a company performs All I can say is that Esme and the Matki support team have been great and I will always recommend Matki to my friends and family Kind Regards

TSC1500 Corner Shower repair

It s extremely rare that I post any reviews but I wanted to share my customer service experience with Matki UK I had a failure of the sliding track on my corner shower and despite the unit being out of warranty 11 years old Matki dispatched their technical services director to retro fit an updated part All of this without any fuss and no quibble about being outside of the 10 year guarantee All in all a quality product with first class back up Thank You

Excellent product and after sales

We recently purchased a Matki radiance corner enclosure with pivot door as part of a revamp of our en-suite We went for Matki after having one fitted at a previous house and being extremely impressed with the design and quality When fitted the enclosure looked great but there were a couple of issues with supplied parts These were resolved in one phone call to Matki after sales department Brilliant service from Matt their representative In fact one of the replacement parts arrived through the post the next day I would personally reccomend This product

Replacement seal for shower door

Lucas From Technical Support was very helpful for me to get a bottom door seal for my shower which is an old model After establishing the correct seal he gave me a reference number price and phone number to order the part On ordering Paul in Customer Service was very prompt and efficient and the purchase was done in a matter of minutes I got a confirmation email very quickly I was very impressed how the personnel dealt with this matter

Great customer service

I needed a replacement runner for our curved shower door I emailed the Customer Service department and Lucas replied the next day with details of the correct perts which had not been on my parts list I orered these from the parts department and was told to expect delivery within 5 days The parts arrived within 2 days I also asked Lucas how exactly to fit them and he replied by return with comprehensive instructions Altogether fantastic support both from Lucas and the Sales team Thank you Matki

Simply amazing customer service

Simply amazing customer service We purchased our shower doors and tray 12 years ago and it has been excellent I won t point the finger at whoever used an abrasive cleaner on the silver waste fitting but I needed to replace it Of course I had lost the fitting instructions so asked Matki if they could tell me what I needed and how I might unscrew the existing one without making a hole in the dining room ceiling They asked for some photos of our existing waste which I duly provided Almost immediately by return of post they sent me the required pieces the tool to unscrew the old one and appropriate instructions All at no charge Absolutely brilliant Best customer service ever

We encountered a problem with our Matki

We encountered a problem with our Matki Eauzone plus sliding door shower enclosure that resulted in the sliding door not running freely or smoothly when opened or closed We had purchased the shower enclosure more than 10 years ago so the manufacturer s warranty had expired but the company replaced the door s faulty running mechanism free of charge The service we received was superb and we now have a shower enclosure that is as good as new

Having purchased a Matki shower and enclosure we were very pleased with both the quality and finish of the product A year later one of the door seals was damaged and the after sales team were excellent The replacements were received within a few days of of my contacting Matki with no fuss Overall I feel it s a quality product with an exceptional after sales support system
