Cost my milk supply
I have the freestyle and it has worked well for me until it didn t I lost my milk supply in the time I spent waiting for Medela to help The pump began losing suction so I called the Medela customer service on 3 separate occasions I was on hold for 30 minutes with two of my phone calls I was told to buy new parts and that was all the help I received My warranty was over since I had purchased my pump with my first child It was barely used when I began using it with my second 3 years later

Be very careful about signing up for a breast pump
I have had a similar experience to other reviewers here I returned my pump unopened within the cooling odd period and they will not refund my money of 49 the are offering 15 only because the set is unused I will pursue the matter through citizens advice

Do not buy products from this company
Do not buy products from this company I bought 2 pair of nipple shields and a breast pump from this company based on reviews After trying the items I wanted to return them as I was not happy with the quality I tried many nipple shields and the material was unacceptable and breast pump was not what I expected I asked for a refund and they rejected it saying the product is of personal use and it should be sealed and unopened This is a huge violation of Consumer rights act any product should be eligible for refund in 14 days provided the goods are intact in their original boxes and in sellable shape This is outrageous for example if you buy a pair of shoes should the seller reject the refund for trying on them A breast pump can be sterilised and put on the market again I have refunded other pump before from Tommeetippy no issue Do not waste your money with this scam company

Don t order online
I went online to order a breast pump filled in my insurance information and was shown a pump I qualified for Great It got shipped to me and is actually still sitting in the unopened box A month and a half later I got a bill for 150 for the pump Had I known it was going to be 150 I never would have ordered it There was never a cost communicated to me until that bill And breast pumps are non-returnable Convenient I contacted Medela repeatedly all my emails and voicemails went unanswered And then I was sent to collections as I was waiting for a response from them

Absolutely the worst customer service I
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered The horrible attitude from Tracy in the customer service team is enough to reduce me to tears They took my products returned and only processed a partial refund so they have essentially stolen 50 from me It may not seem like a lot but 50 for no product I feel is quite a lot I have opened a case with PayPal to try to get my money back I requested to speak to management many times and all times have been ignored Worst company I have ever worked with Genuinely if I need anything I would rather get it on Amazon to avoid any further issues Save your money and AVOID

Terrible product
Terrible product I have been through two of these pumps in five months the diaphragm pops out of the motor and it becomes inoperable No suction whatsoever Save yourself the headache and buy another brand these have been a nightmare

Medela technology - behind the times and not designed for practicality
I m certain that Medela pumps were designed by people with absolutely no experience of expressing breast milk I m surprised that given that Medela s key product is breast pumps their technology is so archaic and is not user-friendly I could write a long list of issues I ve had with my Freestyle Flex but the main thing that irritates me every single day is that the touchscreen device the electronic device constantly gets knocked by your arm or chest or tummy if you hang it over your shoulder and there really is no alternative if you are wanting to be mobile while using it This means that your pump will constantly switch modes or turn off There is no holster available for the electronic device Evidently no one in the design department has ever had to express milk regularly for a young baby who with a young baby has time to sit stagnant multiple times per day to express milk The device is bulky and there are lots of component parts another two reasons I dislike the product Unfortunately Medela is one of the best brands on the market so I don t hold much hope for competitors Don t get your hopes up

Be careful product only lasted less than a year funny how their 1 year manufacturing guarantee is only 1 year When you contact for help even 1 month out of the warranty period they won t do anything Up the warranty period Medela

Medela maxi swing stopped chargingWas told by customer service that it is not for exclusive pumping so i burnt out the motor even though they have referenced a link on their website to say that it is for exclusive pumping The suggestion was to to buy a new one to resolve the issue

Don t waste your time
Don t waste your time I was charged for 2 months despite only having pump for 20days I organised a return as could not use pump and could not return pump as contacted covid yet was charged for an extra month Very expensive not worth it and very poor customer service - I was ignored when raised a complaint
