I recently requested a refund and received prompt and very helpful assistance from MEGA staff Given they were losing my business for reasons that had nothing to do with MEGA this was remarkable I highly recommend the service

I got decrypt error

I got decrypt error resolved it took more than 4 weeks but finally got it

The Mega team is really helpful but

The Mega team is really helpful and the app is amazing I haven t login to my account for quite some time and exceeded my storage limit resulting in a lot of data loss not a Pro account I emailed them and they replied quickly and helped me regain my data Although most of it is lost I m grateful that some of my data are still available They gave ample time and warnings Even after all my data was deleted from my account I still managed to get some back I was just shocked that they deleted everything instead of a few files to be under that storage limit For future improvements I suggest an early warning for users in the tutorial because some may not be aware of their emails

Support and service is great but

Support is great Even for touchy Linux issues They will go all the way to solve your issues Service also works great Encryption is huge Sharing photo albums a breeze I feel it s a bit pricey And the expiration on referral bonus and other bonuses are a little annoying The incentive to refer other users quickly evaporates

Simple and Reliable Cloud Storage Solution

Mega is easy to use with lots of storage It keeps my files safe and I can access them from anywhere The price is good too It works on my phone laptop and tablet Sometimes customer support takes a bit long but overall it s a reliable option for anyone needing cloud storage

Incredible support

I m absolutely floored by the level of customer support I received from Mega I had been using pCloud which is relatively cheap but their customer service is unbelievably poor I migrated all my stuff to Mega and started using it full time as my cloud storage solution but quickly noticed that there was a bug with iOS files app I reported the bug to Mega support provided videos and logs Within a week they had identified the issue patched it and rolled out an app update That s frankly unheard of in business today Very impressive The only reason I am not giving 5 is the fact they don t offer an option below 2TB which is well in excess of my needs and I just cannot justify the price premium given I don t need that much storage

A decent option

A decent option in the sync backup world The Windows client could be better but there are worse overall options out there Sadly it does seem as if though they are falling more and more behind with competitors in terms of performance features and pricing per terabyte

Service and Desktop App Practical and Automatic Once Set Up

This service and desktop app is exactly what I need An encrypted online cloud storage with a desktop app that can back up you computer as well as sync selected folders between devices and the cloud like phones and computers My computer runs on Linux and they have a Linux app which is a plus for me The paid option is very affordable and customer service is prompt and competent It can be hard to figure out the desktop app sometimes and a couple of times things stopped working and I didn t know why Customer service was prompt and solved the problems quickly so it was more of an inconvenience than a true complaint
