Had an issue with a file that wouldn t play properly on their player support went the extra mile to narrow down where the issue came from and gave me a thorough explanation to fix it All those tips will actually come in handy for years to come Didn t think support with actual humans still existed but it does at MEGA

I deleted some content from my rubbish bin thinking i had it backed up else where Then a few weeks later i needed it so i contacted Mega to restore it for me and after upgrading my account to Pro they restored it within an hour Very satisfied with their service

Dutch translation below I have been a paying user of MEGA cloud services for one year now and I must say that I am very satisfied One of the reasons is of course the privacy issue and end-to-end encryption but also the level of integration between my several devices different laptops mobile phone etc and their support for Linux environments such as mine Ubuntu LTS I can recommend this service to everyone especially Linux users I was a paying customer of competing cloud services esp Dropbox when I discovered MEGA I installed the MEGA clients on all my systems without problem and started to test all functionality with the free account After one day and a half I immediately subscribed to a paid service Pro I even though I was still under contract of another service for half a year I have never regretted this decision and happily renewed my subscription Dutch Ik ben sinds eind vorig jaar een betalende klant van MEGA cloud en ben uiterst tevreden over service en functies Belangrijke reden voor deze cloud service is natuurlijk de privacy en het feit dat het gaat om een van de enige zoniet d enige cloud met end-to-end-encryption maar ook de uitstekende integratie tussen mijn diverse toestellen meerdere laptops android telefoon Ik wil deze MEGA cloud aanbevelen aan alle gebruikers vooral ook aan gebruikers liefhebbers van LINUX Ik was al enkele jaren een betalend gebruiker van Dropbox en gratis van Google Drive als medewerker ook van OneDrive for Business toen ik MEGA ontdekte en op basis van de gratis account begon te testen Na anderhalve dag wist ik dat dit mijn vast cloud zou worden en nam ik meteen een Pro I abonnement hoewel mijn betalend abonnement bij Dropbox nog een half jaar doorliep Nooit spijt van gehad en zopas met plezier mijn abonnement met een nieuw jaar zien verlengen Give it a try
