Very nice little coffee machine The coffee that it makes tastes great as long as the coffee you use is decent too easy to use and set up and the hot plate does a great job in keeping the coffee hot Definitely recommend

Our new filter coffee machine arrived quickly and was easy to set up So far we are tuning into the best combination of coffee to machine settings however we have always had great coffee One plus point is that the filter papers are compostable making disposal easy

Dark roast Monsooned Malabar beans have become my favourite over the last few years but it s become increasingly difficult to find a company that roasts them sufficiently for my taste Happily Melitta Espresso beans are roasted to exactly the right level with a dark slightly oily result and as a bonus their prices are also very competitive Highly recommended

after my original annoyance at being asked to review a product I hadn t received I am now a very happy customer My TS smart machine has arrived and it makes excellent cups of coffee and a special shout out to Sharon in customer services who has been excellent thank you MY ORIGINAL COMMENTYou ve asked me to review my purchase but I haven t received it yet and worse than that had no notification to say when it will be dispatched Hopefully when I finally receive it I can give another review
