Product VERY small and finding it difficult to buy paper filters for it For an extra 10 should have got bigger size

Purchased a factory refurbished machine which didn t work when delivered Phoned but no more refurbished machines in stock although it is showing them available on line Purchased a brand new machine from another supplier Shame because delivery and pre sale communication was good

Delivery difficulty with DPD

The delivery company DPD would not deliver to our neighbour even though I had left a note to do so The notification of the time of delivery came too late to re-arrange my haircut It would have been no use asking for a specific time on the order because I wouldn t know if the neighbours would be in or if I would be either

Loved our former aromafresh Not this one

I had the former version of aromafresh We loved it even thou the cleaning of the grinder part was a pain Only had this one for a few days so I don t know how the cleaning on this will be This doesn t make strong coffee it s really watery and week even when set to make strong coffee The jug is not secure hotplate is way bigger than the base of the glass jug so easy to get it wrong The filter holder is harder to lift up and empty due to the design Same with the lid on the glass jug We are really disappointed with this one Supposed to give you 10 cups 5 mugs it doesn t

Bad delivery communication

I didn t get my item yet but I am very disappointed with the delivery communication Since purchasing the coffee machine I have received only one email stating that I would be notified when it would be delivered The website states that delivery takes 1-3 working days In the latter half of the second working day since my purchase I called and a very kind lady informed me that it should be collected today by those who will deliver it to me and it should be delivered tomorrow However by the evening of the second day I still hadn t received any update email This is very disappointing

Not a great experience

Not a great experience Ordered on Friday and as of Tuesday afternoon 1 No option to pay via Paypal despite being advertised on the website 2 No despatch confirmation email from Melitta as promised 3 Delivery appears to be split - no email and no update on the website One parcel has been delivered and the website status has said partially completed since Friday late afternoon 4 Now I have coffee and cleaner and no coffee machine and no idea whether it is lost and should have arrived or is still to come I ll buy from Amazon the next time

Expensive and disappointing

I m reading other reviews on here and feel I must be dealing with a different company The product we bought was extremely expensive produces unexceptional coffee and is both temperamental e g not recognising a full bean hopper and fiddly to use Only giving it 2 because the company respond to emails quickly I wouldn t buy from this brand again

One of the coffee machines has a dent in it Not due to packaging must have been packed like this Delay in delivery Asking customers for a review before the order has been completed is bad form
