Problems with DPD

Melitta seem efficient but we had notification from DPD that the package is still in their Birmingham depot and delayed As we are over 250 miles away from Birmingham and haven t received the order I can t give more than 1 star

We were promised delivery on Wednesday

We were promised delivery on Wednesday but didn t arrive Promised again today but still no confirmation that it has left DPD local depot so assume its not coming today either as its now 13 16pm

I received 5 packs of Melitta 100 filters instead of the porcelain filter I ordered on 7th My email was rewarded with the assurance that it would be answered within 48 working hours i e one week I telephoned no reply other than from the answer phone which advised me to send an email

I order a product online I used it for 1 day I realised the product wasn t for me and didn t meet satisfactory standards which I told them about in a email when I asked how can I return it their response is you can t There customer service is very rude and abrupt I wish I did my research on them before using this company I will not by another product from this company again and I advise everyone else to avoid

My order was delivered to a dpd pick up store 2 miles from my home instead of a local dpd store or a neighbour I am disabled and do not drive so was unable to pick parcel up Still waiting for my refund from Melitta over a week later Customer service staff rude and unhelpful and refusing to refund until they get the item back Would definitely not recommend this company

Shipping problem

I Dont understand why you Dont ship to Northern Ireland I placed an order and it was cancelled We are part of the uk use Royal mail get and send first class post Also I ve never had anything refused to send to NI I can order this product on Amazon and have it shipped no problem Please update your shipping department red tape isn t hard

REPLACEMENT JUG AROMASIGNATURE AND AROMASIGNATURE DELUXE TYPE 100701 AND 100702 Not recommended Too flimsy The replacement jug broke on being washed up to use for the first time It was placed upside down on the drawer shelf in an empty dishwasher and tumbled over breaking in the process

I received my two Black plastic filter

I received my two Black plastic filter cones in a damaged and unusable condition The issue is with providing enough packaging to protect the filters in transit or use a more careful carrier Must say the quality of these filters has changed I lost my old one a couple of weeks ago and used it extensively on my travels in the US for a number of years and the one s I received appeared flimsy and have less of the substance that I recall

Very unreliable machines they break often

Bought Passione machine at considerable expense Feb 22 started leaking All over counter Nov 22 took 4 weeks to come back with lots of parts replaced Its now leaking again in completely different place all over the counter again and needs to go back Goodness knows when I will get it back One questions the warranty if its not actually in our possession being fixed most of the time DO NOT BUY THESE MACHINES Have you ever wondered why they have so many refurbished models for sale on their website I Know now
