Excellent service

Excellent service but it s a little bit hard to understand for people not already familiar with server hosting There s several technicalities in settings pages and such that aren t explained like I m 5 and thus required a lot of external help to set everything up correctly That said it s still better than most other hosting sites I ve seen on that front the FAQ articles didn t solve all my issues but were still useful

Meloncube is great

I have been using meloncube for years now and everything goes so smoothly and is really easy to understand Very affordable aswell for beginner servers The only issue I personally have is that my server speed seems to drop quite a lot even though I know 10gb of ram which is the package I have should handle it smoothly Would highly recommend this to anyone

Great prices

Great prices I ran into some issues with getting my server process auto-killed by the VPS virtualization system a few times but otherwise my experience was great I think you may run into this problem with any VPS anyways If I were to set up a server again I d still go with MelonCube

MelonCube does a great job at creating

MelonCube does a great job at creating servers that work and run well even when strained with over a hundred mods The only complaint is that the website is not very well organized so it is hard to access payment plans and change server packages Great place but needs to have a website revamp

Best hosting server I ve used

The best hosting service I ve ever used Fast and effective support replies no lag even on large amounts of players and very user friendly control panel The only thing I disliked was the fact that I had to pay for the second month of service in advance quite early and in that moment I didn t have the required money in my Paypal account and my server got shut down Other than that everything felt perfect

Not bad tbh

I have a 6GB server that averages 3-5 players is fully modded and has a lot of chunks loaded in All in all the lag is understandably horrible and it crashes every few hours regardless of how many people are online I reckon without mods it would run perfectly LMAO Also everything is easy to use I wish there were a bit more tutorials to follow or tips on how to make everything run smoother without buying a larger new server Not bad

Good but experienced a nasty crash

The website says Many hosts make bold claims about uptime but usually this is just marketing and promotion Uptime is something that we re absolutely fanatical and extremely proud about so it s a bit ironic that after only a few days of playing on the server there was a major crash that resulted in 3 hours of downtime Plus several more hours of lost progress due to rolling back to an earlier state But we were compensated for this and other than that the server has been working fine

Very Easy to Use

Really intuitive user interface I think that having a log of all the people entering and exiting the server would be helpful to have though Also it is really important to me that I am able to change my name on the portal as seeing my legal name is very upsetting to me Overall though very very good

Fast and friendly

Jacob was super fast and very friendly can t complain at allEdit 19 2 23 having an issue with my service I tried to talk to a rep about it and he was rude condescending and unprofessionalEdit 25 2 23 Upon talking with someone who apologized for my prior issues with a previous rep I feel comfortable updating my review some of the customer service reps leave a lot to be desired but most of them are extremely nice people who go out of their way to help

Meloncube server

Simple easy worth it The only complaint I have is the max size of files you can add You can work around it though given a bit of time
