Not very smart support staff

every time i tried to turn off my server it would just restart and their was nothing i could do to fix that

Not very smart support staff claim to specialize in what they do but don t understand basics of their own service

Honestly could have better service

Their servers hardly ever work the jars hardly ever work other than the vanilla minecraft so its basically impossible to host a modded server I would not recommend the host

If You want To Learn Rocket Science Look No Further

The staff at Melon Cube formally known as Endermite Hosting are not mean but are not the most caring support network you could have I would NOT recommend them as a preferred hosting provider Maybe a change in staff would be a better revamp for them

If You want To Learn Rocket Science Then Look no Further then Melon Cube Giving you No Instructions On How to Setup Your Server And Taking your Money Since 2013 I Cant Do Crap with this theres No Video Tutorial Theres No Guide I Just Felt Like I wasted My Money

Not worth

You don t get what you pay for server crashes at least once a day on lower tier packs even when nothing is happening It s a noob server host honeytrap they lure you in with good prices

Vague and Unclear

The representative who assisted me was very vague even though I sent him several replies alluding to that fact I did not fully understand what he was trying to tell me and he did nothing to provide a full explanation of what I kept asking His name was Jeremiah J

It mostly laggy and not a Good host the only good thing are the prices
