Who ever decided to change things should be ashamed taking it out on those who need help accessing things more easily
This is towards Alton Towers It is disgustingly unfair how Merlin make disabled people suffer with the lack of access passes to the rides did u not realise some severely mentally disabled people can not handle the hours of a long queuing or get around some of your long way around to the rides safely because some find it hard this is really unfair shame on you merlin who decided to make these dreadful changes and take it out on those in need Merlin is good at taking people s money but not good when it comes to helping those who are disabled and need support so they can enjoy their day at the attraction

1 ticket allocation - WRONG
Bought two x merlin premium passes for me and my son and we are npw unable to use them due to MERLIN having only allocated a small number to pass holders BUT the general public still have loads of allocation so now i cant go in the school holidays but everyone who hasnt paid over 300 for 2 passes can go WRONG MERLIN i will not be renewing

Shocking Brought annual pass 2 weeks ago tried to go past week and told closed for private event until mid January No T C s provided was not aware of this at all Brought at park counter not advised of this Emailed customer service who generally do not care send one worded responses that do not even answer compliant Shocking company who do not care about its customers

Absolutely no care for he theming of attractions
Merlin is a company which does not care at all about the theming I ve been going to Gardaland every year since I was a child but since when Merlin took over the park they destroyed it The theming of the attractions is falling to pieces they create new attractions with completely empty parts and absolutely do not care about the history of the park I hope they sell the park to someone who would like to take it back to its splendor to the times when it could compete with Disney

Bought Merlin passes in August and
Bought Merlin passes in August and haven t been able to book in anywhere to use them Instead of limiting ALL numbers due to COVID they have restricted Merlin pass holders and walk in customers Meaning we can t visit using our passes but can visit if we go in without them and then pay full price on top of what we already paid for the passes

Disappointed that we brought a set of family premium passes first time customer and have not been able to book Thorpe Park from the 15th of September a window of 6 weeks for an annual pass The reply from customer services is unacceptable - tough - first come first serve We brought these in good intention and motivation that we could take my son to primarily to Thorp Park for his Halloween day birthday - Halloween boooo Merlin What a fraud Call me to rectify

Premium annual membership unfair
Paid 600 for family premium annual passes and after lockdown Merlin is charging 1pp for a booking you can t get in 10 days in advance and if sunny weather changes on the day and rains then we loose the 1pp we paid Wherein standard tickets are sold on the day I m requesting to get a full refund Also reporting this to trading standard authority with all evidence

Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience Ordered passes on the 31st of January by the 14th of February still nothing No emails no phone call nothing Phoned on the 14th they said they sent an email because of photo rejection which is a blatant lie as I have recieved no emails other than the original confirmation Do not bother wasting your money

Don t even consider purchasing one of their annual passes You can t use them The only way to access the attractions when you want to is to buy a full price ticket or book months ahead I don t know any annual passholders who will be renewing FYI There are plenty more reviews like this on another Trust Pilot page merlin annual passes
