Terrific Day Dig deep for reserve and ride if you can though
Look at all these reviews of people moaning It s the school holidays what do you expect A clear pathway and front row seats Laughable All theme parks are expensive and if you didn t know that before you went you re thick Take a packed lunch to save on money Use the lockers to store it As for fast track passes that s what they are intended for To beat the wallies queuing The 95 passes are worth their weight in gold and we got on every ride effortlessly and without any of the poor moaning behind us Thank god They really should limit the number of the lower classes in as it spoils it for the rest of us As for the smell from the queues Horrendous sanitiser Should give out deodorant to those queuing in the heat Most of the complaints are form those families you know the 6 kids no income one tooth pretend I ve hurt myself for the benefits types Whose kids are running around in nappies dads got a football shirt on and mother in fake ugg sandals leaving all their rubbish everywhere and spilling drinks causing ants to turn up This is what spoils the day theme parks should be for the elite Let these people have Bognor like it was intended My kids were appalled at the site of some families and how they spoke and acted Little Johnny was emotionally disturbed at a 25 stone man with his gut hanging out eating wotsits like they were going out of fashion It spoiled the ambience of the day Please Legoland I agree with letting a lot of people in let s start by vetting those at the gates of course we were straight in via our fast pass but let maybe 2 3 of the queuing shameless families in as a treat Maybe they should have their own time slot as to not disturb us Food was cheap I pay more for my foie gras and Perignon on a daily basis near my penthouse in Canary Wharf 10 for a hotdog was cheap and we only spent 300 of Daisys allowance on lunch bargain We had a fantastic day Our driver was waiting in a designated parking space for us as we left and we were straight back on the roads to Surrey in a flash We saw the mob hurting to try and get out Filthy cars and families trudging around moaning about everything because they don t work hard enough to spoil their families Shame on you Work harder to provide a better life and maybe you will enjoy the experience like we did It only cost 800 for the day and was worth every Penny of my hourly wage A whole day out for 1 hours pay Marvellous We will be back but please let s hope more of my type turn up The poor really do spoil it otherwise 5 stars

Why are the reviews for this so bad
Given we d read dozens of horrendous reviews before our trip to LEGOLAND yesterday 6 8 we were really expecting the worst so its a delightful surprise to say what a fantastic day it was The park was entertaining lively clean and the rides were very suitable for our 5 year old Walking around is easy and the configuration means you can reach any areas in good time The five of us had a great day and all of the attractions added something to the visit I think it s important to highlight the difference it will make to your day if you don t have reserve and ride though Our little one couldn t face the prospect of one 30 minute queue and we were desperate to try and make the experience a positive one I paid for x 3 reserve and ride ultimates at 95 each and without it this review would definitely be different Near instant access to most rides meant he was constantly engaged and excited all day I can t stress the difference this makes to your day at LEGOLAND I know it s expensive but if you re expecting to enjoy the day in the standard line just be prepared for your children to be stressed and unhappy for long periods This might be a tough one for all us parents to swallow but my wife and I discussed it and the extra money although painful actually made it worthwhile We thought faculties and attractions for unders 10 s were ideal Any older and it might become a challenge to find a lot of excitement but still the atmosphere and park layout mean its fun A definite tip that will work - make dad carry a rucksack with decent food and drink in there We went to M and S beforehand and had plenty of good stuff on hand throughout the day as opposed to risking park food which is always iffy and costly

Absolutely love Legoland
Absolutely love Legoland I have an autistic child and they always go above and beyond with her If anyone sees us struggling they help and always positive Yes it is steep in price but if you have 2 for 1 or the sun saver vouchers it is a really good day out for a family As I have an autistic child I will only prebook as the entry queues can be quite long if you have to pay on the gate whereas if you prebook you stroll in no wait whatsoever The only criticism I have for Legoland is their website on mobile - really annoying to use as it takes an age to book tickets on Samsung S9 but I usually get round this using a desktop instead And sometimes it can get overcrowded at peak times as they let too many people in please don t let that be the case this weekend Keep up the good work Legoland

Great day - ignore the negative reviews
Spent yesterday here great park for our 5 year old lots to do and the staff were very friendly We had to queue in the rain but what do you expect that s not Legolands fault is it The rides were perfect for the age group and we all really enjoyed the Fire academy The staff really do go above and beyond to make your day better with friendly and helpful advice they are strong at building report too I d recommend this place to anyone with children from 3-14 For those that have posted bad reviews from experience you either do this because you ve messed up and need someone to blame or you ve gone on a busy day If you want an honest review read this one go to Legoland and just watch the magic in your young ones eye Put aside your own day and think about theirs

A thoroughly great time at Legoland
We had a great time at Legoland The setting is wonderful in rolling hills and trees with Windsor castle in the background There s lots to see and do and most importantly our 5 year old loved every second of our day there All the other children and adults were enjoying themselves too there was a great atmosphere The staff were all very helpful We went on a weekday and the queues were very short most were 5 minutes or less And with the Lego app you can tell where the queues are The park is organised as best as can be to be covid-safe with lots of hand sanitiser stations and reminders to socially distances Of course not everyone is careful but it s like that everywhere Overall it was a fantastic day and great value too with online advance booking

Every aspect was amazing
Although weve visited the park many times this was our first stay at the park hotel the castle hotel My 9yr old loved his stay as did I Everywhere you turn there is something for the kids to do Theres a treasure hunt for the kids in the hotel room which rewards with a bag of goodies Theres ps4s in the room ours didnt work but that s ok as there was plenty of lego to play with and films to watch Staff were extremely helpful and couldn t do enough for us Food was really good much better than I expected And plenty of options We went during the week so there were no ques to contend with no wait times It was just fabulous and my son loved every minute of it Yes its pricey but no more so than any other theme park

Have to give 5 to GEORGIA customer service co ordinater
I have to write this review and give 5 not for the experience we had but for this lady GEORGIA in customer service co ordinate Due to unforeseen circumstances our experience was awful This lady put up with my anger upset frustration and never tried to pass me and my problem to another person or department She emailed me promptly kept me up to date She solved all my problems to get me a refund and more She went far and beyond the care of duty which I felt she genuinely cared What a shame that not everyone has a GEORGIA in there company I am going to phone LEGOLAND head office as I feel that just leaving a review Trustpilot is not enough to show my gratitude for not only resolving the problem but for being such a nice person She is a credit to LEGOLAND
